How much is a comfort touch theeapedic queen size mattress to buy

Hi just wondering if anyone has had any experience with dealing with therapedic warranties as our mattress is so badly sagged that you are able to see how much it has sagged when my bed is made?

Hi, We have recently had the same issue with our mattress. We contacted Therapaedic who insisted that ‘body impressions’ are normal and to be expected after use in that time frame. (It has been only 6 months!) I find that very strange for a mattress which has a 12 year warranty. I previously had a King Koil pillow top mattress for 9 years and never had an issue with sagging. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Wow. I'm so glad Schnecke asked that question as I had read the review and was about to buy one of these.

Can I ask which firmness was it?

Sales woman was trying hard to steer us away from the "Plush" model.

Have you tried to claim against the warranty?

We bought medium firmness, don't think it's the plush. Have not gone through warranty claim. It'd be difficult to determine the degree of sagging? I've been in warranty claim situation woth Nick Scali before, it was difficult for some apparent fault. So back on the mattress sagging issue, We flipped it and the situation improved (not going away). BUT, for the dollars paid, we expected the mattress to perform better n last longer than this. I'll have a look at the warranty terms.

I bought the Therapedic comfort touch elegance mattress which supposedly is the top of the range and for the $$$ I spent you think it would be perfect but no. I have that sagging problem on both sides and it is noticeable and mind you I only got it in December/January 2017. I haven't made a complaint as yet as I wanted to see if anyone else has that problem and yes they do. They will be hearing from me thus week. Not happy at all.

I bought the Therapedic comfort touch elegance mattress as well and it has sagged beyond belief!! I "upgraded" from my 17yr old Sleepmaker mattress to help my back and while the first 6mths were amazing unfortunately now it is ridiculously saggy. I sleep alone so when rolling over it's like climbing up a hill! This mattress cost me an absolute fortune and as a single mum I hoped it would last the test of time like my Sleepmaker did but it is now horrible after only 2yrs and I can not afford to replace it so it's money wasted. To make it worse, I bought a single mattress for my son as well and his is even worse! Not sure if I can even claim on warranty now it's been 2yrs but I HATE my bed and dread going to bed every night now

Yes we have the same problem. I started googling to see if others had the same issue. It has sagged on both sides and we have only had the mattress for 6 months. We’ve tried talking to Therapaedic who have said that this is normal for a pillow top mattress to get ‘body impressions’ and should be expected given how long we have had the mattress. I am sorry but it has only been 6 months out of a warranty period of 12 years. We upgraded to a king size bed but had our queen size pillow top mattress for 9 years and have not had an issue with ‘body impressions’. This is a terrible mattress and I would not buy another!

Do not buy! Paid over $1000 and it has sagged since I got it. Don't waste your money. My back has never been this bad!

Hey guys, We now have the exact same issue... sagging is really bad! Anyone have any luck with a warranty claim?

Same issue with ours also. Quite bad. I wouldn't consider us heavy people either.

Hi! I am looking into this mattress as my requirements are very similar to yours! Hoe have you gone with it in Summer now that you have had it for longer? Thank you.

It gets hot in summer but not that much of a difference comparing to other mattresses, as we sleep in a room with aircon anyway. However, I won't buy this mattress again, because the springs inside are not strong enough, the mattress is sagging already. I weight 46kg, my husband weights 72kg. So the sagging is def not because of our weight. This reminds me to update my review... please let me know if you have found a good mattress. Thanks

Thank you for your answer. This won't be suitable for us then if it is sagging. Such a shame as they look and feel so wonderful! But the proof is in the long term use - Thank you for your honest answer.
