They are the same company, so do not expect to get anything for your money. My order never showed up despite a (fake) tracking number. Have done a chargeback. Talk to your bank ASAP.

HI all, I think you should change the whole credit card. Even i got the charge back for the purchase when i reported it immediately. They already stole my cc information and my cc start getting all fraudulent purchases around australia.

Yes they would be the same company - that's what my credit card statement says for the purchase I never got! Creative Wholesale Distributors... disgusting! Looks like a legit website and they email as soon as you order but never hear from them again.

Agree with tash. They are owned by the same person. Creative Wholesale and Toy shop online are a nightmare to deal with to say the least. Ordered products months ago, was told it'll arrive by December. Haven't received them and when I spoke to them over the phone, was met with a disgustingly rude lady. Hung up the phone on my face after telling me to hold while she checked. Called her back and she pretended to be confused why I was on the phone waiting????? Never have I ever come a company like this before in my life. Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys like the plague. Tash is right, in terms of emails, you will never get a response from them. I had to go through my bank to get the money back for the order that never came.

May I ask - for those of you whose ccards were scammed - was the betting agent "Betfair Melbourne"? I too had my card scammed but did not link it to anyone in particular but have used it for payments online with Creative

Oh no. I should have checked reviews first and I normally do. I have just placed an order with Toy Shop Online using afterpay and they have taken my first payment. I will contact afterpay first thing in the morning to see what can be done.

Hi Donna did you have luck sorting this with Afterpay? I am in the same boat, 1 payment taken out of 4 and have just seen that it's a scam.
