Hi Anne. I do believe that others have asked for their payment back but from the filter company and not their card company. If you have not received goods you have paid for then your bank should have no problems in returning your money. Hope this helps.

thanks, I initially asked the filter company who did not respond so went to the bank.

I asked Tru Water to cancel the order and they responded by saying the goods will be shipped shortly. We will wait and see.

I doubt you will receive anything. I have already tried that. They are dishonest scam merchants

Hi Anne, If you have not already done so, lodge a dispute with whoever is your credit card provider. I did a few days ago and whilst I havent heard back from my Credit card provider i received the filters today. :)

I did that and received filters but not the ones i ordered so now in dispute about their false advertising. Still hope to get my money back

They said the same thing to me and I'm still waiting.

Hi Donna, i made a claim with my creditcard company and despite Truwater sending imitation "filters" (not really sure what they were) my credit card refunded me in full as the product I had ordered was not what I received.

Everyone should claim back from creditcards

They are liars and scammers. They indicated multiple times the package would be shipping but it didnt. They did not reply to emails. They never got back to me after multiple chats. They even tried shipping 1 of 4 items and claimed the full package had shipped. Eventually I got my money back from credit card company and that took 2 months. First time I have ever had to do this in 30 years. They do not accept paypal. (I get one successful order through but what was shipped was a chinese 3M filter which was completely different from picture of product but it may be original but it could also be a fake) Kept away from them. PS: They have other trading names also.

My bank advised me to cancel the creditcard I used to order a product with these charlatans because of this behaviour.

Yes I want to stop them, took our money and no product, tell me what I need to do, please

Also happy to lodge a complaint. I ordered on the 4th of December and can't find out anything from this company.

Everyone - you need to raise a dispute through your payment method provider (ie visa, mastercard or whatever) - this got me a result with truwater. (with other failed sellers I have successfully been refunded my money via the dispute process!)

yes please still waiting for filter ordered Jan! Keep getting fobbed off with promise of delivery or refund! After reading re views know now thats not going to happen.

I have made a order with this company and I still haven't received my tap for my urn they can telling that there is a back log.
