Hello, Thank you for contacting Uniden Australia. Let me help you with your concern. Just to verify, you have another DECT 1635 phone system? Is that correct? If it is, you will need to save the phone numbers from the old DECT 1635 to the new DECT 1635. There is no option to transfer all the numbers from the old system to your new system. You need to do it, one by one.

I have a Uniden DECT 1635 and cannot find the call blocking feature in the menu. Can anyone help? Thank you
My phone has a constant loud hum. If I lift the handset up all you hear is the hum and no dial tone. If I have a message left it is the same hum. People can call the phone but all i hear is this loud hum. Ideas?

Thanks - the loud hum is there if i call someone or they call me. There is no dial tone when i lift the handset from the homebase.

I have reset the NBN box and the MODEM. I removed the AC supply from the base station. Waited 5 minutes. Turned everything back on and no change in the problem.

I repeated the process to reset the modem and NBN box and I removed and replaced the AC supply from the base station. Once all was reset it appears to have cleared the problem and the handset is working well again. Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. Cheers
Hi, can Uniden DECT 1635 headset be used with Uniden DECT 1735 base, both looks similar and the both bases are DECT 6.0?
No, As they are two different models.
I've got two 1635 handsets on my 1735+2. Just need to deregister & reregister the 1635 handsets to the 1735. See the manual for instructions.

When I press the Menu, it always shows Call Privacy, and I can't change it to Answering Setup so that I can record a personal greeting?
