Have spent so much time trying to set the date and time and just wont work following the book just wont work. Just bought 14.2.2023 not happy. Something is wrong please advise asap.
I have the same problem. I can set it at the right time and date but cannot find how to keep it set at that time and date.
JT uniden sorted it out You need to delete 101 on your land line and also restore dial tone back to normal TELSTRA will fix this and it will good to go . Works great thanks to UNIDEN .

I bought this DECT +1 and have had it a week .....they both will not hold a charge .....I charge them both over night and they both appear full ...then a couple of hours later ....they are both down to one bar. !?

Check battery in hand piece, battery is difficult to put in place, led light should be on which means is charging, make sure cradle is on from power point.

KYLIE AS PER THE BOOK did you charge the battery for 15 plus hours mine took 16.5 hours to be fully charged and it will stay there no problem.

What does the message on screen mean ' NEW CID:5' and how do you remove it?
Hi Fay, The phone saves the information for the last 30 received calls to the CID list. All handsets share the same CID list so only one handset can access the list at a time. In standby, handsets will show how many calls came in since the last time you checked the CID list.
You can delete the numbers in the CID list through the following steps;
Press the right button in the middle dial (it should have ID on the button) Press Menu The recent received and missed numbers should show For entries that show as 'Unavailable', you can just press Menu and it will show the name When you press Menu on a number, the time and date will show for the call Press Menu again on the option Delete This will delete the entry. If you want to delete all numbers in the Caller ID list just scroll down to the option Delete All Press Menu Press Menu on Yes to confirm
