I don't get the caller ID on the screen for incoming calls. Can you please tell me how to change that so I can see who is calling> Thanks

Hi Carol,

Caller ID is a feature set up by the service provider.

When you receive calls, what is displayed on the screen?

I want to use the phonebook. The phone tells me that memory is fool. I newer enter no any data before. Any ideas

someone has left you a message on your answering machine. You can answer it from the base unit or from any of the handsets. there are 3 "softkeys" just under the LCD screen. The function of these keys is shown by the symbol just above them on the LCD screen. The softkey on the right will have a "Mail" or envelope symbol. Press this to get to your message bank and follow the prompts.

If you have a base unit , then the mailbox can be accessed through the hard keys on the unit dedicated to "play message", "fast forward" , " rewind " etc
