Hi I had the problem of the red flashing light on the handsets and went to answering setup, selected message alert and then selected off. The red light has disappeared. Hope that helps everyone with the same problem. Cheers Colleen S

How can I get the boost sound increase to stay on so it doesn’t have to be pressed every time
Hi Dale,
The boost button should be always manually pressed once engaged in a call. There's no option for it to stay on all the time.

How do I stop my phone from the Hold/Transfer function? I do not know how I managed to put it on.

Why my SSE35 pendant 'red' light indicator cannot turn blue despite after hours of charging
Thank you for contacting Uniden Australia. We advise customers to charge the Pendant completely first (about 3 hours) before using. If it's not turning Blue (indicator that it is fully charged) after 3 hours, does it still show a stable red light indicator?
If that's the case, it would be best to do a reset on the pendant.
Use the plastic pin or a blunt-tipped object to press the RESET button.
After that, please try to connect the pendant to the base and see if you will encounter any issues.

When I ring out and then terminate the call, say after 2 rings, the recipient's phone continues to ring (but when answered there is no-one there). My phone is able to receive calls after I have terminated the call (by either replacing on the cradle or pushing END, on either of my 2 handsets).
How can I rectify this?
