Mine has just stopped working. Power into it. No light or display, just not running. 3.5 years old. Any ideas. Not very happy but handles are good.
Is a refund available? As this product is not fit for purpose, due to the numerous design flaws.
I bought this one about 3 years ago. The handles keep coming falling off. Since the day we bought it has done this we have just kept putting them back on. I should have called Westinghouse in the beginning. It’s so frustrating. The freezer drawer stainless steel has now started to come away where the handle is as well. Is there anything that can be done.
I think Westinghouse have ignored all complaints about design flaws as they would have had them from pretty much every customer. The door handle issue is well known and unrepairable. There are many more as time goes on. The clear door inserts simply crack and break from normal use. The doors often don't close properly, leaving a gap. The vege drawers fall apart. Westinghouse should refund under Australian laws but it will never happen.

Hi, I'm trying to adjust the doors on my WHE6000SB as they touch slightly at the top on opening and closing. I can't find how to adjust them. I can't find a nut to turn or a hole for an allen key etc. Video or photos would be good - the ones I have found on the internet don't match the bottom hinge area of my doors. Thanks

Right hand door handle is loose. How do I remove the door safely? Then…How do I tighten it?
On my freeze draw the small black insert that the handle locks onto has snapped off, is there a replacement part?
hi I bought mine 18 months ago runs perfectly fine so far, today I noticed " CL " sign flashes on the electronic display what is that mean ( I checked manual nothing in it) thanks ajith

The door alarm keeps going off even when the doors are closed and freezer section is not cold enough despite us adjusting the thermostat.What could be the problem.We have had the fridge since Nov.2019.

Hi Tania,we contacted Westinghouse service centre and they sent out a technician and after much trouble he replaced the fan but the problem persists and the alarm is still randomly going off and the freezer section is not working.After technician left we left a glass of water in the freezer overnight but it was cold but not frozen and we think it must be another problem-what can we do?
I’m looking after a place & same thing beeping is going off & fridge/freezer doors are closed. I can only assume it’s the filter needs replacing! As it’s lit up in red!
Hi Westinghouse. I was about to purchase this fridge, but with the bad reviews about the warmtemperature and handles falling off, I am not sure it is a good idea. Have these problems been corrected?
If It I was up to me & considering the issues I had with our Westinghouse fridge; I would keep week away and buy another reputable brand that has good customer service and good product reviews - these sites are neutral and there to help us make informed decisions - check out the opposition
Brand new fridge but ice drawer just falls out. Is this normal? Replaced my faulty Westinghouse side by side with French door 605L but so far very disappointed. The veggie crispers aren’t very deep and are difficult to slide in and out. The freezer drawer became out of alignment very easily and was difficult to fix. Shelves difficult to adjust and had to remove door trays in get crispers and shelves in and out. Chose this fridge after good reviews but disappointed with my choice
Yes returned Westinghouse because it didn’t cool properly and had cheap handles and finish - we got a equivalent Fisher and Paykel side by side and its simply amazing and so much better than the Westinghouse. The Fisher paykel has far superior build quality than Westinghouse and cools our food perfectly - we are so happy we Returned the Westinghouse and got the fisher Paykel
There are so many complaints about the handle - everywhere, Westinghouse, has this problem been resolved or do I need to cancel my order?
I have not had any problems with the handles to date.
