Hi, My name is Jeremy Bouaniga I purchased my car with you in October 2022. I accepted to get the Kacare protection plan, and I am glad I did. Now the air-conditioning of the Isuzu D Max year 2018 is faulty. I have contacted Kacare but have no answers from them about what to do. Could you please let me know how I could get this issue solved. Regards

Jeremy Bouaniga

Anyone sell a car interstate to WSAG through one of their buyers? Seems a tad suss? I haven’t even met this guy, now I’m being asked to fill out a form with all my pers details and banking details?

I personally wouldn’t trust a single thing they do. Go with your gut feeling

I was looking at purchasing a vehicle, I was told I would have to have a mandatory inspection as it was interstate, no issue as this worked for me, I was then told I had to pay a $500 deposit BEFORE they would allow this $250 inspection, once the $500 was paid I would then be sent a contract ! with assurances that I would get my deposit back if I wasn’t satisfied with the inspection, highly unlikely that I would A pay $500 without an inspection B without seeing the contract, C what are the chances that there would be all sorts of excuses and fees taken from the deposit, this is tantamount to extortion pay before inspection, pay before seeing contact, sorry but that’s a big red flag for me if there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle, then why $750 just to look at it properly, strange way to do business, I had the cash ready wasn’t even going to pay a deposit if inspection was satisfactory I was buying it that day. (Note: I tried to proceed with inspection and my inspector was refused access)

Hello Dale, We would like to provide some additional context to address the concerns you raised. Our salesperson Jackson, explained to you the importance of having a contract and deposit in place before proceeding with the inspection. This was to ensure that the vehicle would not be sold to another customer while you were evaluating it. It seems that this crucial information was not mentioned in your review. We feel you would be more upset if you paid for an inspection only to have the car sold to another customer – in which it did not long after. We strive to provide transparent and fair service to all our customers however your review paints an unfair and biased view of our process which is in place to protect consumers rather than what you imply. We would appreciate if you would remove it.

Is it true Westside autos sell cars all other car yards can't get rid of. Just heard a lot of complaints and what's with this no haggling. That alone is a put off.

Not sure about the first comment but the second one yes no bargaining.

I would say Yes and No, they do probably buy vehicles that have been sitting at other dealers for an extended amount of time, but they also sell trade in's and purchased vehicles as well... They do have some decent vehicles that would sell to the right buyers, so i cant say all there vehicles are ones that have been sitting for a while / cant get rid of.

The second part is true though, personal experience, no chance of haggling / bargaining because they always say "We sell at competitive prices" then you find one cheaper and they are still not interested.... Big headed.. Definitely

To be quite honest, the **** experience i have had there leaves a sour experience.....i would stay away, they are generally TOO BIG, and dont give a damn about people... they know people will keep coming in, regardless of what the reviews say....it still doesnt change that they have extremely POOR people skills.
