Does a good job of pulling excessive moisture out of the air. It functions quickly and isn’t too loud. Would buy again.

We were sent the 2000W Charcoal Black panel heater to test out in late June 2025 as part of the Ambassador Program. We have used it in the nursery… Read more

since receiving it until around November 2025, due to having one of the coldest winters on record and a newborn. Firstly, it is a lovely unit to look at with a fabric finish, slimline fit and was packaged well. We have used the unit two ways, where we initially had it wall mounted and then decided that it wasn’t as effective as we would like so we then placed it on wheels to move around the room. Both ways of using the heater were easy to assemble and all parts were included. The machine itself is a quiet unit, and you can’t hear it working at all, which is a change from the noisier split system we have in the room. The beauty of this heater is that it holds its temperature and the room temperature especially when you are experiencing minus 7 outside. I needed a heater that wouldn’t go into defrost mode, dropping the room temperature and then blowing cold air. The downside to this unit is that it doesn’t blow the warm air at you, rather it blows it towards the ceiling, so if you have it located under a window or wall mounted you lose most of the warm air. It’s also not a heater you would sit in front of if trying to get instantly warm. In saying that, once you set a temperature the machine will maintain that temperature and cut out once the temperature is reached and then automatically kick back in once it drops, making it the perfect heater for a child’s room. The machine itself doesn’t get extremely hot like the old oil heaters, making it that little bit safter for little people. The display panel remains lit up, so if you don’t like light when you are sleeping you needed to cover it, as the digital display shines through the Perspex cover. The control panel however isn’t lit up making it extremely difficult to see and use when the room is dark. The sequence of buttons that need to be pressed to operate the heater and modify setting is also complicated when you are tired or busy. The open window function is right next to the menu button and if you accidently press the open window function, the heater will often switch off overnight, which isn’t ideal when you have a newborn sleeping in the room that you are trying to maintain a consistent heat for. The use of WiFi to control the heater via your smart phone and the app was easy to connect and use. I love the ability to turn the heater on before we get home or double check that it’s been turned off if we have left for the day. Overall, this heater looks great, works really well, and is easy to control via the app. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bedroom or small space that requires a quiet, efficient heater with smart features.

product. I bought two; one for us and one for our investment property. If you live in a cold place, buy one.

Do not buy, waste of money. After 5yrs of no heating I finally decided on this heater Big mistake, first time I turned heater on it leaked oil all over my carpet so not only do I have a heater I can't use I now have a big puddle oil stain on my rug.

Honestly a bit disappointed. I had their heater in winter and had high hopes for the AC. I have it in my small closed bedroom with everything shut and it struggles to get things to 23° overnight on high.

It works well even on a low speed, does not generate a lot of noise even at high speed! I am very happy the with this item overall! If I could change… Read more

one thing it would be that the oscillation you could choose side to side or up and down not having to have them both at the same time. ... and maybe it could taller, it looks a little dwarfed beside my TV stand ;0

It does its job, heats up quickly, and keeps a room or large living room warm—very good. There's just one problem: it's made of tin, not glass, and so it occasionally makes loud popping noises when heated.

Good value for the money. It's a slight step up in price from the older style floor heaters, but the build quality feels appropriate for what you pay… Read more

and you get much more for your money. Nothing feels premium, but nothing feels like it'll fall apart either. For the price point, it does what it promises.

Appreciated the eco-friendly packaging. It had cardboard and paper throughout, no polystyrene foam in sight. A small thing, but a nice touch in an age where half your delivery ends up in landfill.

The remote is simple and intuitive. Controls are well laid out and easy to figure out without having to reach for the manual. On/off, heat settings, timer, swing it's all there and works as expected. One thing to flag though: the remote needs batteries, but there's absolutely no mention of this on the box. Caught me off guard when I first set it up! Would be handy if they included them or at least flagged it somewhere obvious. Also, it would be great if the unit had a little cradle or slot to store the remote, feels like a missed design opportunity for an otherwise tidy product.

Assembly is straightforward, but the instructions could be clearer. The top-down diagram for the base doesn't make it obvious which part goes on top. A bit of head-scratching required, though once you work it out it clips together easily enough.

Worth noting that the temperature doesn't adjust in single degree increments. It steps through fixed settings instead. Not really a problem in practice, just something to be aware of going in. You'll find a setting that works for you easily enough.

Fan noise - in small quiet room it's noticeable. The fan noise is a bit of a nuisance if you're sensitive to background sound. Personally I wouldn't use it overnight, it would likely disturb my sleep.

Where it works best is in smaller spaces. It's been brilliant in my study and my son's home office, heats up quickly and keeps the room comfortable without any fuss. Just don't expect it to tackle a large open living area. It's simply not designed for that, and the specs make no secret of it. Know your use case and it won't let you down.

As for reliability it is too early to say. Haven't had it long enough to judge. That said, these types of heaters generally hold up well over time, so cautiously optimistic. Will update if anything changes.

Overall, a solid buy if you're after something functional, reasonably priced, and easy to use day-to-day. Keep it in the right room and it's a great little unit.

Fantastic product but incredibly bad service. We have 4 of these units, one started leaking out the bottom. Tried messaging numerous times, they have… Read more

removed any mention of phone contact numbers, eventually got a number from Instagram. On ringing they found all my website messages which they they said they had but hadn’t responded to. Basically told I had to get a repairer to look at machine and they were the only ones who could unscrew the back to see what the problem was. They wouldn’t give me the name of any repairers. They also then mentioned that they don’t have any stock of spare parts because these units don’t break (which this one has). The only parts they have are external parts. They then suggested if they are properly maintained they don’t break down. Seriously WTH! No idea

So from what I can figure there is no point in taking it to a repairer if it is out of warranty because they wouldn’t be able to fix it anyway!

So in summary, great product, crap service if it goes wrong so suggest don’t buy it direct. When we purchased originally it was obviously a great company who had pride in their product and who were extremely helpful. Now it has been scooped up by a large company and they pretty much couldn’t care less.

and the air output is sensational. We have used it every single day since it arrived and honestly couldn’t live without it now. We are even thinking of buying a 2nd one. The battery life is great,it look really stylish and the remote is magnetic and sticks to the back so you always know where it is. I really have nothing negative to say,it’s well worth the price. It’s easy to move around being cordless but you can also use it plugged in while charging so it’s never out of action. Would highly recommend, every household needs one! Oh and it even has a nightlight!

had been disconnected. The only way AUSCLIMATE allowed contact was through email. I thought that was strange but I sent off an email to AUSCLIMATE Web site with details of the problem next day. No response. Smelling a rat, I looked up AUSCLIMATE and found AUSCLIMATE PTY LTD had gone into receivership on 12 JUN 2025 - the day I ordered the heater. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AUSCLIMATE. Their website is still active and it will take orders but they are now in receivership and good luck trying to get your money back.

easy to move from room to room thanks to the built-in handle. The app control is such a convenient feature too, no need to leave your seat to adjust the settings.

The colour and design are beautiful and much more stylish than a typical heater, so it actually looks nice sitting out in any room. Performance-wise, it works really well for smaller spaces. Even on the low setting with oscillation, it heats the room quickly and comfortably. A perfect mix of style and functionality!
