Everything we wished for – Has already been used numerous times with great satisfaction and being used each day we attend, being 2 days per week. As older folk\s we appreciate the safety features and hope that it is not needed but they are there just in case.

Great dust extractor and compact, quiet and light enough to move around without risking an injury – Quiet and effective - worth the investment but you have to leave the budget gear on the shelf

Great bit of kit – Great tool but the dust collection in the bag that’s supplied is poor. That’s why only 4 stars.

Just a great machine – Not only a good machine, service and communication is the best in Australia. I bought this as a vacuum cleaner, I guess I will use it for extraction as well.

money or not & I'm glad I did, it takes your sanding to the next level. I'm working in a fully functional supermarket, (ceiling plaster repairs & a complete paint job), it is easy to use & set up, extremely quiet, allowing you to still talk to people while the machine is operating, from the littlest of sanding jobs, that cover you in white dust & leave mess ever where, this machine is effortless & clean, to a big open, pre-painted ceiling that you thought looked okay from the ground, well put this machine over it & you won't believe the difference it makes, it will seriously take your finishes to the next level, with no mess, when you're finished for the day, you're finished, no need for any other cleaning up, it's all in the machine, happy sanding.

Perfect addition to existing my Festool sanding gear – I already have the Rotex RO150 but the RO90 is perfect for those tight spots and live edge sanding. The Delta pad is also very handy on this machine.… Read more

The addition of the RO90 brings my tally of Festool sanders to 4 and I couldn't be happier........they all have their strong suits in different applications. Quality gear.

Love this little sander – I love this thing, it’s so compact and the dust extraction from the CDIMidi is exceptional. I’m going to get the orbital 125mm for my bigger projects

Great addition to the track saw – This square attachment speeds up the process of cutting 90 degree cuts in sheet material. Appears to be made by TSO and rebadged by Festool. By the time you buy a TSO and have it shipped to OZ it will be around the same price anyway.

A True beast – I've got the rotex and ets 150 sanders and this bad boy is my go to for panels and boards straight out of the thicknesser. The frame is brilliant for even sanding across long and wide panels. Watch out for the systainer though, its huge!!!

Worth the money – I’m not a professional tradesperson, just a DIY user. I’ve owned several routers before and could never get the exact result I wanted ... perhaps it… Read more

was my lack of skill or experience.

Anyway, based on very good experiences with the Festool plunge saw & Domino, I took the risk that a Festool router would somehow be easier to use and give me the outcome that I wanted, so I bought Festool’s smallest plunge router, the OF1010.

I got exactly the result I wanted on the first try. Setting the plunge depth was obvious and very precise, and when combined with the equally precise parallel fence, I was able to route perfect channels on both sides of some HDPE and make a clamp-holder that fitted exactly in the aluminium extrusions on the edges of my workbench. I very much doubt I could have got this level of precision or result with my other routers. The OF1010 is much quieter and smoother than my previous routers (some were battery powered & others 240V). Also, the position of the handles on the OF1010 makes it really easy to guide.

Yes, the OF1010 costs three or four times as much as most other routers, but for me, it is worth every cent because it gets the results and inspires a new level of confident to try lots of other router-based projects.

laminates like they are not there. I got the deal where they threw in the extra guide rail which made it better value than the teal coloured contender, so it was a no brainer, just get the best. I like that you get a charger per battery as well. This is only my second Festool purchase after the CT 15 Midi extractor. One hit of the green cordial and you're hooked.

A joy to use – I bought this saw as an upgrade from an older TS75 Festool model, which had seen a lot of use and after being dropped on the work site a couple of… Read more

times was no longer the machine it once was. A test cut with the new TS 60K made it clear I needed to put a new splinter guard strip on my tracks because the new saw had a thinner blade and made the cut slightly different from the old model.

When that was done I started cutting some melamine-coated 20mm hardwood ply panels for a cabinetry project. I was amazed by the difference. Firstly the saw ran a lot quieter than the old model. The cut accuracy was incredible and the new blade sliced through the ply so easily. It also made a much cleaner cut with no chips at all. I previously had to edge the cut panels with a router to clean up the cut. No need for that anymore. It's also much easier to set the depth of cut with a high degree of accuracy.

I love this saw. It's a joy to use. It will save me so much time and give me a much better quality end product. Highly recommended.

Disappointed – It is constantly needing to be recharged and also the suction of it was really disapointing. I use it with my sander and saw and both times the dust was only partly better.

well just get this out, may even be slightly faster than a bench mitre saw. Because it's so easy to line up cut mark. Battery life is fine, power is fine, even when ripping. Handy too that it is a plunge track saw as well. Being able to quickly and accurately adjust the height of cut is great. Only negative is combination cuts at 45' on 45mm timber, because blade is just slightly too small. Well worth getting, no other circular saw can compare with the results of quality and speed.

engineering should NOT have a Festool badge on it. It is a real disaster! Miles and miles away from a standard Planex in speed, weight and comfort of sanding. It’s a great tool – Mixing tile adhesive pretty much every day and this mixer does the job well and quickly. It also works with low noise and vibration. The possibility of adjusting the height is very helpful
