Stay away from this insurance company at all costs. They are not there for their customers, continue to protect themselves, claims are clunky and difficult and not efficient at all.

someone then a further hour being told it may be 6-8 weeks for a review. I was then promised a call back, which has not happened and customer service now unavailable until Monday.

4 years as a customer, first time I actually require any service for an urgent matter it is disgracefully weak in response. Firstly I expect a bank to protect its customers from fraudulent activity, but as a bare minimum be able to respond and return my call.

roll over. Two days after setting up my account I decided to change my email. I then receive a strange email from Virgin Super saying that my password had been changed when I hadn't! And I couldn't even log into my account.

I then had to put a freeze on my account and start a ticket with their IT team. I was told it would take 3 business days. After 3 business days I call them and I'm told I have to wait 5 business days. I call them again and I'm told they've escalated it with their IT team and have to wait another 2 business days. All the while I have no access to my account. I have no idea if my money was safe. Several customer service agents on the phone just couldn't give me any information, all they did was tell me to wait and wait.

Whatever is going on with Virgin Money Super is not right. They were slow, unable to communicate what was going on and just terrible to deal with.

I've signed up with Uni Super now and will transfer to them.

companion account they could not give me a statement. They told me to go to BOQ branch in Mt Eliza and ask them to print the statements. I contacted BOQ and they said we cannot access Virgin Money. When I rang Virgin Money I was just move around with no help. You would think that asking for a statement would be the easiest thing for them to do. DO NOT use Virgin Money for anything, it will save you a lot of time and hassle.

After the changes they made to the online system late last year it became a mess. It took a few MONTHS from the start to finish. I couldn't access my account on my PC during that time but could in the app. During that time every transaction was either duplicated or tripled (later fixed). They changed the layout of the statement so that you needed a degree to understand it. I lodged a complaint and the person who dealt with it showed almost no interest. I imagine she was overwhelmed with other complaints.

Now there is NO information on the website or the statements to show how many Velocity points are earned. All you see is when they appear in your Velocity account. Imagine that? A points earning card with no details on your points! I've hitched my wagon to Virgin for flying and have now ben approved for an AMEX Velocity card which will be my main card. Unfortunately with Amex you need a backup card as a few business don't accept it otherwise I would have already cancelled the High Flyer card.

I've just noticed that they are no longer accepting new applications for the card "New applications: Applications for a new Virgin Money Credit Card are currently unavailable." Explains a lot. They want to get rid of existing pesky cardholders.

Please be aware and avoid this car insurance company. I was ripped off, and the customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. They treat customers as if they’re doing them charity.

Velocity is only allowing me 14 days. I usually pay my card in full every month, but to my shock, I owe $9k in 14 days.

I'm paying this card off over 2 months and cancelling. I was also charged $42 international transaction fee on my flight booking with Virgin and Qatar. Go elsewhere.

got connected it disconnected!! Next time i was put on hold for 2 hours and the phone quality was disgraceful, the young woman could hardly speak English!!! Why o why do companys insist on having overseas call centres!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!
