VerifiedHi Ive been waiting since March for a new trimmer head... I havent heard back from these guys in months even after sending them emails to what is going on??? How do i get my money back. very very dissapointed...
`They are gone, try and claim it on your card. i was taken for over 300 in parts that have never arived
I disputed the charge on my credit card and was able to get a refund, it was only $25.

Ron, I suspect you are wasting your time trying to get a refund from this company. If the payment was by credit card, get in touch with the card provider and report it as a scam. They should should refund your payment, and, if enough people do this the card providers might withdraw their services. Don't delay in doing this as the bank or whoever supplied the card will likely have a time limit for claims.
You could also report this to the police as a fraud. There are clearly enough disgruntled victims on this site alone to provide evidence. Presumably there are many others.
Has anyone ever got any help from fair trading, Accc or any legal path? This Comaony can not keep doing this.
I contacted fair trading first. They cannot force them to refund your money but they do attempt to mediate. If they can’t resolve it they will advise you on the next steps to take.

I contacted the ACCC about these shonks. They said they couldn't help but instead said I should take my complaint to the Office of Fair Trading. This I have done. I have also raised a fraud case on them through my bank in an attempt to recover the money I paid for the parts that I never recieved, nor the refund I asked for when I contacted them after I found out that they were not able (willing) to supply the parts.
Contacting a media outlet, A Current Affair, and reporting this scam company which is what I have done, the more people who contact them the better chance we all have of exposing this fraudulent business.

I paid over $7,500 for a flail mower and then a week later they told me they no longer get them in even tho it was listed as in stock I asked for a refund but still no one has responded Shall I make my way to Sydney from Qld or is there factory 2 Ironbark Ave Camden legitimate or just a empty warehouse

Yep there biggest fruad company there is, 'Wilma' keeps informing me and giving me such stupid excuses first we are chasing a eta, now i gotta wait for a refund after 14 days after a purchase ive made, Then it says its in stock, now its not in stock there gotta wait for it to come in they talk absolute riddles and this company needs to be shut down before more get ripped of by there pathetic nonsenses, lets all pair together and goto accurant affair!
A message to All Mower Spares. Are you trading insolvent? you are taking orders and peoples money and can't deliver the goods nor able to give a refund. NSW fair trading can't get a response from you either. Maybe a journalist can!! By the way I am still waiting for a refund from a purchase I made early December 2022.
Good luck. I’ve tried contacting them on numerous platforms and email. Disgusting businesses like this are allowed to operate. My order was placed in October and was “in stock” and still hasn’t arrived. They keep sending daily updates and extending the delivery date by 2 months
Order number given but no tracking number was given is everyone else dealt with the same.
They can only get a tracking number when they book a pick-up. My guess is it's not in stock. Mine was listed as "In Stock" but 2 months later I had to use PayPal to recover my money.
Was listed in stock why I made the purchase was billed for delivery also their just fraudulent.

Best to simply try to resolve the the issue with them, ie ask about progress of order etc, give them some grace then ask for refund and when nothing happens, use the email / communication trail to reverse the transaction through your credit / Mastercard provider.
Trying to find out if mowersupply sydney is legitimate company their mower prices seem to good to be real

I have been waiting for a transaxle assembly for over 14 mths delivery date keeps changing sent email after email told them I want my money back nothing back Scammers
Over two months since ordered and all I got so far was an email asking for more money due to bulky goods surcharge. So much for free delivery for a large order. I paid and still have nothing. You sent me a tracking number for TNT which is showing as not collected from you as yet and that was a week ago. Can I get my products or an answer or refund?
I am seeing more and more poor reviews for this organisation. Will wait and see; I still have local sources available to me, though my hope with them is zero at the moment, due to experience. The battery I ordered from All Mower Spares has not been available from Husqvarna in Australia for most of this year, So will likely need to go down the refund track at some point. Will never buy another Husqvarna again - a $1,00o dollar brush cutter rendered scrap through lack of support and parts. Hope you get a proper response from All Mower Spares. Am interested in the result(s).

I have also been scammed. Ordered mower blades 2 months ago & have received the same b.s. e-mails with excuses. Last one like a previous complainant rec'd the message " referred to management for assessment". How people like this can be allowed to keep trading is beyond me. Do not use them ever. Rod
They are getting away with it because none of us have the time or could be bothered to make the official complaints needed for fair trading, etc to act.
I did make a complaint to fair trading n.s.w. yesterday, Don't know if it does any good though. These people should be shut down. They are committing fraud.

What a load of crap! Only trying to string you along to avoid refund.
Absolute scam company if this is true. I am done with AMS and will be spreading the frustration of my own experience throughout my entire personal & professional networks. Fiji call centre, zero customer care, exploiting the normally positive experience of online shopping by taking our hard earned, then investing it while we wait months for parts.
We appreciate your feedback on the centre assisting with the large volume of calls due to increased calls we are receiving. It’s a busy season with a lot of rain and we decided to take this path to help customers. It’s certainly better than not answering the phone, missing calls, being forced to leave a message which just clogs up the efficiency of our team or not even having a phone number which is the likes of Kogan, Ebay, Amazon etc. We want to support but with the large increase in our enquiries we must have something that is affordable and also gives our customers the best chance of being answered.
We offer our clients the options to return their items if they are not satisfied, have an item refunded if they are not available, delayed in being received into our warehouse or swapped for an alternative is a part becomes unavailable with our suppliers.

Please note that we have lost 1200 work hours this year in the pandemic so have also felt under pressure to keep on top of things – it’s been very hard. This is a time for compassion and understanding and also empathy because its challenging times for many and we are included in that.

I would urge all potential customers to avoid any online parts supplier who refuses to list live stock values, and in particular AMS due to the total disregard to customer service once money is received. I was subjected to many promises to call back, and by email, I invited calls to me on 5 occasions to explain the cause of 8 week delayed delivery, none of which were ever made. 0 stars. AVOID!
Exactly there's no excuse it's stuff like this that makes me regret buying online I can't afford to spend more money for the same thing to happen again. It's all there's 3 that have claimed 5stars really but 100s complaining they are still waiting who does one contact to follow this all mower spares site up surely they can't keep stealing people's money like this???

Thanks for the reply. 3 months too late. The emails this reply refers to were incessant and ever changing updates on individual parts moving from ‘awaiting delivery’ to ‘ready for dispatch’ and mysteriously back to ‘awaiting delivery’ with no genuine explanation as to what was going on. Requests for phone call to provide them an opportunity to explain strange status changes were ignored on 6 different occasions. The reality is that this process of constant updates with no logical or consistent thread is actually part of how this scam company operates. As noted previously they exploit a connection with local mower shop in Camden to get access to GA Spares catalog, and just on sell if and when parts become available from GA. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! -73 stars out of 10. 0 out of 100 for customer service, 0 out of 100 for dishonest misrepresentation of their FIJI call centre.
Scumbags, hopefully they(AMS) get bashed, firebombed or go broke. Bet the staff who help perpetrate this scam won't get paid eventually either.

Worth hoping that some of all of this gets back to GA Spares. If their catalog was available to all via an online store, rather than the current ‘dealer only’ model, AMS would be out of business overnight.

The part may be on backorder. Or similar. Did u create and account by anychance. I dont work for all mower spares but have used them a few times. My last order took awhile to ship as it had to be ordered in. When u ordered you would of recived a couple of emails one may of been an awaiting fulthfilment also maybe check your spam/junk folder as these emails sometimes go into that folder.
