My husband and I are currently on a Bridging Visa in view of our 491 visa application and we have an OVHC Insurance. My question is, does OVHC Budget Work Cover covers pregnancy, labour and hospital admission relating to pregnancy?

Hi, Thank you for your message. Our issue was resolved by the team. We did message on the above email address. Its great that issues are resolved quickly however just a usual customer service will be great without escalation.
Is it possible to suspend my OVHC while traveling overseas for several months? As I won't be able to use the cover when overseas I have another international cover and would like to suspend the OVHC for the time I am not in Australia.

When will you fix your customer care - I was shocked to hear a waiting list number of 96 and put on hold for more than an hour and I eventually hung up and sent an email to cancel the policy.

Allianz Care sends this pathetic apology to everyone who complains. Best to refer them to the ombudsman like I did. Just one email to the ombudsman and Allianz Care not only solves the problem but is also fined!

Dear Allianz Care Team,
I’m member of OSHC for 2 years and after that now member of OVHC budget working from more than 1 year. Will the Budget working covers pregnancy related expenses in hospital for delivery & child birth or else do I need to upgrade the policy? If I need to upgrade my policy, do I need to serve the waiting period again?
Also, I would like to know will I stop paying for my ovhc policy which originally should be ended on 2022, but my grad visa is extexted till 2025 recently dues to the new HK pathway policy.
Apart from that, I would like to ask in advance how can I cancel my OVHC policy after my grad visa is expired by 2025.
I am currently outside Australia and wants to apply for a suspension on my ovhc. I wanna double confirm that I can apply for a suspension on my ovhc policy ?
And if I can lodge a suspension application, will my graduate visa be affected?

Hi there, how are we supposed to be receiving reimbursement for a claim? The claim shows "closed" and the payee is listed as "PEOPLECARE" with $3884 going to them. We have paid all medical costs in full ($4386) to the hospital, so we are now out of pocket with a closed claim... Could you please assist? Thanks
