VerifiedI have purchased the expresso machines from Aldi since first released in Australia. I recently purchased the EXP-19ccmb model. MODEL EXP-19CCMB i must express my disappointment with this offering in comparison to previous models: 1_ The cup support holder slopes forward and mugs slide with the machine vibration. ( I have broken 2 mugs}. 2: depending on how they fall the used container may only hold 3 capsules. Given my complete satisfaction with previously supplied models I find this latest effort disappointing,
I purchased this machine in October. The coffee grinder is not feeding the beans. It’s running like it has run out of beans. What could be the problem?

How do you decalicify this machine
I got an ambiano single espresso machine as a gift from my friend a month ago it worked well for a couple of weeks now the light is keeps blinking and the water goes to the waste dispenser i feel really disappointed with this machine i love Aldi things but this one really made me disappointed .. did anyone have the same issue
My espresso machine was a Stirling brand machine from Aldi which performed wonderfully for over 6 years, until the pump stopped working. I’m sorry, I’ve never had any experience with using the Ambiano Expresso machine.
Hi I have the same story. I purchased a Stirling brand machine. Worked well until the wand washers broke up. I took the hot water wand off the LHS of the machine and replaced the non functioning wand. It now has a new lease of life. Suggestion check the wand to ensure the steam can pass through the pin hole. This maybe the reason why the water/steam is bypassing the wand and going to the collection tray on the unit. Hope this helps.
My machine on off button does not working. Red light not come on
I would think that your machine would be as old as mine. Maybe 6 years? Perhaps the little bulb has blown out, or the electrical wires have corroded. Most electrical appliances wear out eventually.

Let me guess, makes grinding noise, beans disappear, but nothing comes out? I cleaned my machine and found a small piece of broken plastic that seems to hold a retaining ring. I couldn't get mine fixed easily so took mine back for refund.

Its an o ring and gets pinched/damaged when jug is slid in at wrong angle. Likely u can replace o ring
I think all these machines were a faulty product, hence they discontinued them. I tossed mine out. I didn’t keep the receipt because I didn’t expect the machine to not work after 20 times of use. Mine I hadn’t operated in a year. When I did, the frothier worked but the water would not go through the coffee part. I even pulled the machine apart to find the blockage but it’s obviously got to do with the mechanics.

Hi Danny...i contacted tempo (warranty) who said they dont have parts? Whereabouts can you get them from? The water seal is plastic plus a silicone grommet, the steam is just a plastic half spherical cup
My started to leak as well , I swapped the seals on the 2 stems as we only used the steamer side , then discovered the ball fitting and the stem aren't 1 complete piece tighten up the stem and ball fitting, problem solved
Will this machine be on sale in Aldi stores again??
Yes - next week,(October12) but with inbuilt grinder this time, which adds $100 to price
Hi Great machine although now the double shot button just splutters. Single shot works fine. Everything else works fine
