The Rocket Blender is one of Aldi’s special buys, I.e. not a regular item. You just have to keep a look out on the Aldi weekly catalogue. I needed another, couldn’t wait for it to come around and ended up buying a NutriBullet from Coles.

Aldi has them on special buys about once a year. You have to keep,a look out for them or subscribe to they Special Buys newsletter.

They aren't supposed to be really sharp.

i put the food containers in the dishwasher and wash the blade mechanism by hand in warm soapy water

I confirm my questions. I wonder if I can grind coffee beans.

Hi Scarlet, Sorry I missed your qusetion a few days ago. Yes, you can grind coffee. The unit has two different cups with different blades. The smaller one is for grinding seeds, nut and coffee beans work well too. Unfortunately it's not available all the time- they seem to come around every 12 months. Margaret

With it being an Aldi product you can only buy them when they come around again; they don't keep their 'special' items in their shops all the time. I get their newsletter so I can keep an eye on what's coming up.

You definitely get spare cups. 4x storage cups 2 large and 2 smaller size. No spare blades.

You can try to go same aldi or any other aldi store ring them before you go and let them know about it . They will assist you more.

I cant answer your question . My guess the cups and their fittings differ from brand to brand and the fittings from one brand wont fit on another brands model.
