I have an Aquaport Water Cooler Model AQP-20CS. Could you please tell me where I may buy replacement cartridges OR as this is a discontinued model and the filters are no longer available, are there any other filters that will fit?

I live near Wyong/Newcastle NSW but am happy to purchase online

Hi Helen. Good Guys, Harvey Norman and Bing Lee should all stock them locally or be able to get them in. Each one looks to be around the $50 mark at the moment.

Otherwise Ebay is probably your best bet. Might get them a bit cheaper via Ebay too.

Changed filter and ever since it works for a while but then can't get water from it. Turn it off for a while and releases water again but then repeats the same procedure.

Sorry I can't help you with this problem ours is working ok but just not cooling as well as the previous model ....

Hi I purchased the AQP-24SS water filter early this year worked fine about 6 weeks ago the unit stopped producing cool cold water , both taps are the same temperature and the fan seems to be running continuosly. Is this a common problem should I take it back? Thanks

Definitely take it back it's still under warranty and is faulty I exchanged mine with no problem but still think the old model is much better quality ....
