Hi, we purchased our Atlantic Endeavour almost 12 months ago - we absolutely love it! Unfortunately I am having trouble getting the first service organised. The business that we bought through at Caloundra has closed and I have contacted Atlantic three times as instructed to do so by the closed Caloundra business and have had no reply. Where should I be directing my questions?
Hi Chloe, I live in Caloundra and use an RV maint business In Maroochydore; there are 2 who do a good job plus 1 at Meriden Plains. Google will give a list. If it's warranty they will process it for you. Regards, Kevin
How do I connect the water drain to the black hose.
Hi Rosemary. The hose should just slide on to the drain outlet pipe. There is no pressure involved, just gravity draining. Good luck with it. Regards, Kevin
Yep. Easy slip on. Note: don’t crush your black hose as it won’t spring back into shape and will always be flattened… it happened to us when another van ran over our hose in long grass…
Hi team wondering why I can’t get hot water in my van taps works with gas but not main power
Hi we bought our Atlantic Endeavour caravan from the manufacturer in 2016 and it has been a great caravan. We haven’t used it since 2020 and was about to use it again and discovered water leaking from the ensuite tap pipes when we turned on the tap. I can see how to unscrew the hot and cold tap pipes from the red and blue plastic pipes but cannot see how to remove the tap. There appears to be chipboard obscuring access to the base of the tap. Any suggestions as to how to remove the tap please. Thanks Larry

We have a 2020 New Generation that sways to the point that it makes us feel car sick. Not sure of the issue but we’ve checked the tyre pressure, fitted Hayman Reece stabilising bars, both to no avail. We approached the company where we purchased it and the only explanation he gave us was tyre pressure is too low. Can only do 90klms on the freeway otherwise it feels dangerous, rocky & sick. Any ideas on what it might be? Van is fitted with ESC. We’re towing with a Toyota Land Cruiser. Thanks
Why can’t l lock the door on my Atlantic Signature from the inside
a couple of questions for you first .is van level?, are the stabilisers down? and if they are, are they only just firm on the ground or are they lifting the body of the van and have you serviced the locks on the door recently with silicon spray? if the chassis is twisted even slightly the door can be hard to close let alone lock and it is a common misconception that the stabilizers need to lift the body of the van to work, unless you have had landing legs installed and chassis strengthened servicing the door hinges and locks with curtain track lube or silicone spray will make it easier to close the door i use an aerosol break cleaner first to dislodge any dirt( break cleaner leaves no residue) then apply curtain track lube hope this helps
Don’t seem to be able to lock the door from the inside
We have a 2012 Pacific Islander van which we are happy with but need to replace the blind/flyscreen on 1 possibly 2 windows. We live in Qld and are having trouble sourcing a replacement blinds/flyscreen; would really appreciate if anyone can provide advice on a repairer or parts location. Our local RV specialist wasn’t interested as he said they are European windows.
Hi Louise, Its before my time, but pretty certain they will be a Dometic window. Can you please send your chassis number which will be on the A frame of the van. We will look into it from there. Cheers
Hi Andrew, Thank you for your prompt response; I have the original purchase documentation here and the chassis number on that is PC12001. We would also like to replace the centre hub domes of the 4 wheels, the chassis is a FP chassis - are you able to assist with these also? The wheel size is 235/75R15LT. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have a 2013 Pacific Islander caravan made by Atlantic. The compliance plate is on the draw bar. I hope this helps.

Roel, In my 2013 Atlantic Pacific Islander, I don't need to turn any valve off when I'm using 240V. I simply don't switch the gas hot water button on. In mine, it's a prominently placed switch with a red light. The red light illuminates when the flame is on. Bob Anderson
We have recently purchased a Atlantic Signature series 2019 and we haven't had a chance to use it as yet as we are waiting on our tow vehicle. With a lot of rain recently on the Central Coast of NSW we opened the van up to find rain coming down through one of the downright. Was wondering where we can find a authorised Atlantic Mobile Repairer to fix our leak.
I have no idea of agents in your area but I'd give Atlantic a call even if the warranty doesn't technically apply. Morally, they should help you. They tend to respond when you mention that you are going to mention issues in a feedback forum.
