Australian Spirulina Questions & Answers
Hello, I’m a new spirulina user and recently used a brand from Chemists that claimed to be, “Australian Organic” (name deleted) which caused a severe stomach pain and nausea after I consumed it for a couple of days. I immediately stopped my daughter from taking it whos only two years old and had started consuming it only a couple of days back. I’m very sceptical of spirulina use after this experience.
My question: Is this one safe for children? Any evidence from toddlers who have been consuming spirulina from this brand with no side effects but have experienced a better health?

What has the better effect spirulina powder or the tablets?
Normally powder is better as no binder and filler added, powder also cheaper and quicker to digest. however , powder comes stronger natural smell and taste , some people may don't like it. Australian Spirulina tablet is binder free, so it's same as powder. Tablet is much easier to take, you can count the number of tablets for exact amount each time, but more expensive than powder.
