Can you buy sare parts
Sorry there does not seem to be spare parts fir Auswheel E-Scooters. I tried to find tge contact number for the Manufacturer but there was none. they were using someone else's address. It seems a lot of E-Scooters were made as a one off and sold in bulk with no spare parts.
I concur. There are no spare parts available in Australia. So essentially the manufacturing made bulk scooters knowing they were useless if they broke down or needed spare parts. I've rung around so many scooter repairers in Sydney and known can help with a simple tire change. So frustrating

I am not sure if you can. Auswheel Scooter don't seem to have spare parts and no contact phone or email. Take it into a Shop and ask they may sell a Charger that's compatible with your charger.
Is it normal for my e scooter to be so jerky on the excelirator, can it be adjusted ??
I don't think that's normal however the Company that made these scooters have no contact phone or email.I guess you could it to an E-Scooter repair shop they maybe able to help. I needed a Controller but no luck anywhere. AUSWHEEL are just hopeless ☹️

Look for a thin grey wire that's plugged into another thin grey wire, it's floating around the front of battery compartment, disconnect the plug, and the speed limiter is no longer working, top speed increases to approx 35km/h
