I ordered engine mounts on 8/11/21 order no. 100222188. Couriers please picked them up according to the tracking number CPBLB2Z0072271001 on 11/11/21 and nothing has happened for 10 days. the funny part is they only had to travel to our address 1 hour so where are they for 10 days. Please please get some reliable postage options. we have waited months for others items with Couriers please. Can you check into this. thanks Julie

yeah, DO NOT buy from them - no matter how cheap their price is - as it will cost you much more by the time you factor in either not receiving it, or getting a faulty one, and then having nothing to show for it and having to re-buy elsewhere whilst being out of pocket while you go ahead and lodge a credit card chargeback (which can take months) and write complaints to nsw fair trade etc... they are a total sham! - guaranteed the few positive reviews are fake.

I had an experience about a year back that took me 2 1/2 month to resolve and only after I got the AAAC involved did they bother to do anything. It is now a year later and I see they are still doing the same thing. Big talk but no delivery. Don't let them tell you most people are happy. If you look at the ratings of 1 and 5 stars it is almost even and over 90% of the 1 star ratings is about the same thing. No one to talk to, no one coming back to you as promised, stock so called available but then not and excuses later. If you cant go into a shop and get it there and then, dont bother. Save yourself a lot of heartache and go somewhere else.

The level of real support is reflected here by the store themselves. (1) No name to the person leaving a message. (2) No indication after their message here that the problem was ever resolved or how. The fact is 'if' you fail at support in a transactional way, then fail here ,I think that's pretty conclusive alarm bells. If you 'have' to buy from businesses like this, the advice is. Be within driving distance of a physical store or avoid. Especially if not in the same city or state. This is the way business is now.

Hello, I have sent a message using your zen desk contact form and have also tried calling numerous times. I have an order that looks like it has not been shipped yet [#100167040] from the 7th Dec, 10 days and counting. Part of this order is a Christmas present. It is an order over $100 and I am beginning to get worried after reading several negative reviews. I understand this is a busy time of year and in the current climate an overwhelming demand in online shopping. Nevertheless, I am a little disappointed in the lack of communication. I just want to know if I will receive this order in time for Christmas, or if I should seek a refund and look closer to home.

I got my parts only to be wrong. Tying to get the right parts has been very difficult . Even more difficult is trying to get hold of them. After 10 email I was lucky to get 3 replies I would honestly never shop with them again. I don’t know but I think you can get some of your money back with PayPal.

I lodged a complaint to NSW Fair Trading , then sent an email to A superstore letting them know i lodged the complaint and demanded confirmation my order has been sent or immediate conformation of a refund ....... surprise surprise , within 2 hrs i receive an email from them informing there was a glitch in there ordering system and my order has now been sent ..... in 5 days my order finally arrived .... so make a complaint to Fair Trading then let them know , you may get some results as i did

try nsw as they are in nsw and bound by nsw law. fair trading will contact you in less than a few days after and so will tell you whether to go to SA or not

I have contacted NSW Fare Trading & they are looking into this company. I suggest everyone that has been ripped off by Automotive Superstore do the same. Something has to be done to stop them taking money with no intention of sending goods

Received a phone call a few days ago from Automotive Superstore saying that my parts have arrived, but there is NO way of contacting you guys back to arrange installation. My order (#100131065) was paid for on 9th May 2020. Status on the website still says "picking" the order. No response from emails or phone calls! I did get through on their chat and Facebook messenger - they said item not in stock (head unit) but they will ship the next model up for the same price when it comes in from supplier. Will have to wait and see if it arrives!
