2020 Avan Applause 600 - cannot get the water pump turned on via the Control panel. Yes I have 12 volt on, the lights turned on, but when pressing the pump button, a picture of a pump comes up for a couple of seconds then disappears and a no. 2 symbol is displayed, we only have one water pump! No water is charging into the lines, therefore, no water to sink or toilet, tank is full of water, and the fuse is okay. Any thoughts please on fixing the issue, or where to from here. Thank you in advance.
I have a mc6 ovation,the magnet that holds doir open has come undone,how do I get the cover off to fix it
I have Aliner since 2018 and I am very happy with it. However in my opinion a/c is not good for cooling. Last winter when I was in Broome and daily temperatures were around 33 degrees C temperature inside was 27 degrees C which was not pleasant. What can I do improve this? Thank you for any help. Good morning, Helen most ford Everests are capable of towing our vans, but this is always worth checking with the vehicle manufacture regarding the towing capacity this can also be found in your owners Manuel on the vehicle

Hi first up does your gas bottle have gas in it? If so and if you have a gas hot water heater turn it on, then try turning a burner on your stove. This will ensure the gas is through the line. Third if it still won't light take off the external vent off, ours is the external lower vent behind the fridge and give the gas line a few gentle taps. Hopefully you’ll get it going. I have a 2010 Avan Ovation the dometic 3 way fridge has no 12v to the LEDs and no sparking on gas mode. Could you tell me where the 12v for the electronics in the fridge might be fed from. Thank you

How to convert table into bed in Avan 2010 m3 class b
Hi in our M6 we just gently lift the table up around 55 degrees to disengage the table from the channel holding it on the wall. It then just lifts off. Most Avans seem similar. Give it a try.

I have recently purchased a Sportliner A van, 2004 model. The owner who sold it to me is not available to ask, How do I get the 12v water pump to operate please. Secondly, the tank drain seems to be a plug that I have to screw out, should there be a tap on it. Thanks for any help. Geoff.
My pump occasionally won't initially pump out water. If it hasn't been used for a while I just need to suck it a bit to get the water up. and 'prime' it. Its fine after that. There should be a tap but maybe its broken off? On my 1999 model I installed an extra elbow and a short PVC piece with ball valve and it extends to the edge of the van so I can use it to easily get water on the outside. Our bed has come down and no electrics to put it up ? It was put down with cushions in place. Have checked the electrics no fuses blown please help

Hi Don I don't have a Cruiser but I have a motorhome M6 and they are under the dining area seat, if your cruiser is a motorhome I suggest you join the Avan Motorhome group on Facebook if you have a motorhome. Hi it's under your table. There is a hatch there. Your motor batteries are to the front of the drivers and passengers seat. Safevtravels
