I have had the same experience. Box 2 of 4 missing, BCC unwilling or unable to send missing box, last contact with them was 2/12/19. Have never been able to contact them by phone and they were emailing me once every two weeks until it all stopped on 2/12/19. I reported to Fair Trading who were unable to contact them. Not sure what to do next. Out $850 for a chicken coop I cant even assemble let alone use.

Take legal action against them. I am going to approach Queensland legal aid to seek legal steps to retrieve my $1610 and to take their product back as I no longer want it.

This company appears to have registered for liquidation in December 2019 so it appears people chasing boxes,parts or money back are screwed. Spread the word don't buy from this comksnyt

KROS HOLDINGS PTY LTD own this company and BACKYARD CAT ENCLOSURES! They went into liquidation on 2/12/19 yet still advertising products today! I am having issues with same company as did not even post my products - just stated that water damage of items in warehouse and they would issue refund on 11.11.19, Still waiting! I found this information out as their phone is cut off and they don't answer emails so did a google search.

Spoke to liquidator and I don't think I will see any of my $1610 refund I was seeking. They will probably walk away with our money scot free. Criminal behaviour.

I didnt buy the bed and breakfast coop but I do know that my construction manual was on the website free to download. So I hope your may also be the same

I purchased the Bed and Breakfast coop. This is the link and password they sent me for access to the instructions.. Don't bother calling them, they never answer the phone. Don't usually respond to email either. I received an incomplete Bed and Breakfast Coop and after many attempts to contact them made a complaint with Fair Trading who also can't contact them. Thank you so much but that did not work for me. It looks like they have shut down the portal from their end? It just say error 522 connection timed out...

And we don't have our hopes very high that we've got all the pieces either after reading everyone's comments! That's partly why instructions would be nice so we can see if we've got everything before we start!

Im taking legal action to get my full refund of $1610 in the new year. I live in NSW and they think they can take my money and shut me out with zero communication and zero customer service. Box four of eight was missing when delivered. Same excuse flooded warehouse....how convenient

Yeah seems dodgy. All the best with that. Hope they get some sort of repercussions. They shouldn't get away with it that's for sure. Let us know how you go!

On in addition I initially didn't receive box 3/4 however my persistence with toll they found it. By this stage BYCC was no longer communicating with me. Anyway the box and some contents damaged now I can't get warranty claim. I paid via credit card and requested a charge back and had full amount returned.

Hi Amanda We are in the same position. We received the bed and breakfast early December and it was missing instructions. We have finished painting (took forever) and ready to put together but can't find them anywhere online and we have tried to get a response for weeks. If you happen to get hold of instructions would be great to share with us. We will do the same if we find them

Hi there. We landed up building it without instructions. It wasn't too hard... Just looked at the pics on the website to figure it all out. My hubby's advice is to save the long screws for the run and use the shorter screws for the house. Thankfully we werent missing any important parts. We do have a few little pieces left over that we aren't sure what they are for but so far haven't had any issues.

Thanks! Do you like the coop so far? Worried about the negative reviews we are seeing and found out while trying to get the instructions that the company has gone into administration

Yea so far so good. There are a few things like the wooden latches that hold the windows and doors closed are not very strong and come off easily...other than that it seems good. Will see how well it holds up in the weather over time!

Also that long plastic piece we couldn't find in the pictures but we put that above the laying box hinges so when it rains the water doesn't drip through

Yea it's pretty awful. We were fortunate we were only missing the instructions. One previous person wrote on here they could get a refund through their credit card so maybe that is an option for you?

I have no idea. The last thing I heard was that they had a massive flooding in the warehouse, destroying everything in stock. So whether they have closed their doors to the warehouse and the office for repairs, I dont know.

Haven't heard anything from them since they got my money. No help with online inquiries or phone calls.

Have you contacted Fair Trading? Luckily I didn't purchase but was considering.

Both NSW and Qld dept of fair trading can get a hold of this company. No response since 15th October. Taking legal action in new yes to get my $1610 back. Something extremely dodgy about this company.

Like many I have ha no return communication after one of my parcels failed to arrive. Now the customer portal has gone down and can't access installation instructions, anyone have access to or know where I can get them from. Hoping to replicate missing parts.

This company has gone into liquidation. Fat chance of retrieving any money from them. Criminal if you ask me.
