Hi, we live in tasmania and we’re wanting to switch to Bank of Aus but there are no branches in our state. Will banking be difficult without a branch?
Hi Anna! We would love to have you as a customer. It's pretty easy to be a customer of ours without a branch. You can sign up online and do most things through Internet Banking or your app. You can also give us a call on 132 888 and our friendly Contact Centre team will be able to help too. We're around Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm AEST, and on Saturdays from 9am - 2pm. We also can answer any quick general questions via social media. Most of our customers do the majority of their banking online so you shouldn't have any trouble at all. Give us a call if you would like to chat more about this! - Bank Australia team.
