VerifiedWhy it is so difficult to communicate with Bingle team? I got a renewal notice but after login my policy is not even showing and using the policy number I am unable to retrieve yet. Don't say that my information is not matching as I exactly know what I entered and I can see the information is correct according to my policy documents. I submitted a online query 2 days back and still no one answered? How can I trust an insurer of they are not even responding to my query?
Its bloody impossible to communicate with Bingle. They are the worst of the worst. Online useless. Even tried Suncorp.....all useless. Any suggestiions?
How do you get a refund I was double charged on my policy I have contacted claims@suncorp. It's impossible you login and robot no one to answer that question.
Go to the Ombudsman in your state. Maybe they'll pay attention to them. That's what I'm doing next because after 5 months of no action I'm tired of chasing Bingle.
My UK insurer is asking for proof of my no claims. My policies on Bingle have expired. I cannot access the documents. How do I get a letter showing my no claims?
I have a policy CAR010793726 they say they can’t find it receipt no.001849571 just blocks my enquires valid from 27/12/21
I was considering getting a policy with Bingle only for the reason of getting a cheaper deal however reading these reviews quickly changed my mind. I am horrified and disgusted at the treatment you give to your customers. Your company should be investigated, shut down and charged for misconduct and negligence. The unnecessary stress you have caused your paying customers is highly unprofessional and absolutely applauding. It made me feel sick to my stomach. I have been with RACV for over 30 years and my policy was up for renewal and thought I could save a few dollars and try a different insurance company. But after reading these reviews I wont be moving from RACV. Their service deserves 5 stars compared to yours and your reviews have ensured me that it’s worth the little extra I pay with my current policy to get a decent service. I have made many various claims with RACV over the years with no issues at all. I thank my lucky stars I didn’t buy a policy with Bingle. I only hope that people will read these reviews before considering buying your policy because Bingle is not fit to operate as a Buisness. So my question to you Bingle is ‘When will you begin to treat your customers with some respect and offer them some quality service?

Does Keep Mobile Optional Extra mean the hire car cost is not charged to the customer?
Bingle WHY do you keep deducting monthly premiums from cancelled insurance from some policies? It’s not a computer error because going by the reviews this has been going on for years, is it because you know nobody can contact Bingle via telephone or email to try and stop you taking money which you have no legal right to access after a policy has been cancelled. BINGLE you owe everyone who has had money stolen from their account and explanation, I await your response.

The best thing to do is log in Cancel your Policy and renew it with a Insurance Company that has a phone number. If you do that check your account frequently to see if Bingle are still taking out payments, they did that to me. See review.
If you can contact the claims department you should be able to progress your query from there. They are on 1300735 640.

Had an accident one month ago. Am not insured. Damage to other car was minor and he was able to drive his Toyota station wagon away. Wagon owner was insured with Bingle. They assessed damage to tail gate and rear of vehicle at $10,000, plus $2,000 for a hire car for their client! They seem to have replaced everything! I should have got an assessor to look at vehicle as well, but did not. I am 72 years old and this is my first accident in thirty years. Do not know what to do. The amounts demanded seem exhorbitant. My initial estimate of the damage was about $4-$5,000. Can anybody suggest a solution or a range of solutions. Specifically, how does the insurance industry operate? Are repair shops in league with insurance companies, thereby creating a monopoly to exclude competition when it comes to seeking quotes? I have been sent a copy of one quote only. Surely, the Totota owner should have sought at least three quotes.

Do not go with this terrible company, i have very bad exeprince for my claim, if go with fix price or market price all are same .
Every company will cover you for whatever you hit (no need to be specific) but it will be an at fault claim.
Also choose anybody but bingle.
Why doesn't Bingle answer questions on this page - when so many (450 of 600?) reviews are less than 2 stars? Pretty poor regard for their customers.

So your company connected me derectly with Repair company. I book for 21.10.19. They said they will sent their address by SMS or my email but they didn't sent it until now. My question is what is number Repair company which is fixing car after hail damage? I have booking day but I don't know where is Repair place! Please help me! Thanks!

Why ask in a public forum when only the company can resolve?
I have paid my renewal but I do t have an updated policy. I need this for work and without it this will cost me $100s in lost income. I wish I had changed insurers instead of renewing.

Wow, you must’ve had a crappy Xmas to be replying to out of date post. I’d like to point out that I did not ask a single question in my comment. Companies do read and respond to online comments. Said company has no phone or in person contact of any kind.
