Just read the nutritional panel on the website and it says 17 grams of fat per shake?! and 6 grams of saturated fat. I'm not doing keto or carb free so this is worrying for me.
I'm also concerned that some reviews might be fake on here, profiles that only have made 1 review and it's for bodi - 5 stars lol they sound overly positive too....bit sus if you ask me.
Was wondering how much caffeine is in the shakes as I’ve had a racing heart and wide awake at night?
You'd have to contact the company via their website I'm only a customer so don't have all these details for you
Our BODi breakfast meal contains 100mg of caffeine (the same as an average latte) and our lunch meal contains 80mg. Our dinner meal is caffeine free. If you are sensitive to caffeine we would recommend avoiding any additional tea or coffee on your BODi days.
Can you soy milk?
Soy milk contains sugar and carbohydrates so we do not recommend using it with your BODi shakes, if you would like to use milk rather than water we suggest using unsweetened almond milk.
Hi I was wondering can you do breakfast & lunch shake and have a salad for dinner or a lite meal?
If you were having the BODi breakfast you could, with the BODi days where you get the pack with the meal replacements you have the breakfast lunch and dinner as that's what's included in the pack for the day for best results and it's just for that one day (you can do 1-3 BODi days a week) There's also another couple shake options for before and after workouts.
Our BODi Meal Replacements are most effective when used as directed (replacing your breakfast, lunch and dinner 1-3 days per week) however some of our customers do use our breakfast and lunch meals with a healthy dinner and still see great results! As the lovely Belinda suggested, you could also try our BODi Breakfast tub daily and then continue with your normal healthy eating for the rest of the day!
Unfortunately i can’t have caffeine due to health reasons so i can only have the dinner shake. Is there any way i can purchase the dinner shakes separately?
Unfortunately due to strict regulations we cannot sell our meal replacement packs separately, however we are looking to formulate a caffeine free alternative in the future!
Can i mix almond milk instead of water? It tastes like watery crap with water but its fine with almons milk..... will this alter the effects?
You absolutely can use almond milk instead of water in your BODi shakes, just make sure it is unsweetened almond milk to ensure you are receiving all of the BODi benefits!
To avoid ‘watery crap’ when using water in your BODi shake make sure you are mixing thoroughly for 30 seconds for that delicious velvety BODi texture!
We hope this helps!
Hi I was wondering if its okay to have the replacement shakes at any time of the day for example, breakfast at 1pm lunch at 3om dinner at 7pm or if even all together? Or does it have to be morning noon and night? I just wondered if as long as u take them then they will be effective or not?
Great question! You can have your 3 BODi shakes at any time during the day as long as you have them in the correct order (breakfast, lunch then dinner) they will be very effective. We would not recommend having all three at the same time.
We hope this helps!
I was thinking this also.
However, why do you have to have them in the exact order when they are the same in each pack. The only difference I found was that the breakfast is slightly less in grams. Other than that they are the same are they not?
Just wondering for best results, if Bodi days should be consecutive days, or split?
Thank you for your message. BODi has been designed to be used 1-3 days per week. You can do your 'BODi Days' consecutively or spread them out over the week, both methods produce similar results and it really is just a matter of personal preference!
We hope this answers your question!
