Hello I need a replacement lid for blender CBL10 any ideas where I can find one please
Our plastic base of the bladed part has also cracked after many years of good service. It now leaks and is not suitable for fluids, although motor goes well. Anyone ever find a replacement part, or have a blade base they are prepared to part with? Breville says "discontinued - no parts available". Typical China based sourcing after sales service - if it breaks we will give you a new one or throw away if out of warranty.
Does anybody have the blade section? Mine has a cracked plastic case. Happy to do deals!
Hey. Would love to hear if anyone has the bladed part of this blender (blades sit on top in a white plastic housing and underneath is a black plastic toothed circle which engages the motor below). I recently made pumpkin soup and the pumpkin was not very ripe she the circular toothed part under the blades have been stripped :( Any offers gratefully received. Breville produce an excellent Classic Glass Blender back around the end of the 90's....Breville Classic Blend Master CBL10 I have been using this model Blender for almost 23 years and I recently dropped and split the blade ... anyone know of how to attain a replacement blade ? this thing is still like brand new - used weekly over 23yrs!

Mine is rubbish! It leaks and has ruined my base that was silver in colour and is now all pitted and the silver is peeling off. It looks like a throw away item now after sitting in my cupboard. Used 3x and have been a loyal Breville Customer my whole life. Now not interested at all.

Hi Renae I have today noticed your reply, thanks, I am hoping you may still have this on offer - the blade section is one piece that separates easily from unscrewing the bottom part (round silver bottom that unscrews) - sounds like exact Blender - the section I need is a white hard plastic center holding silver steel turning blades - 4 on top and two at bottom - does this description fit what you have ? with Much appreciation Victoria - apologies in delay of responding !

They don't service it any more, you need to find an old blender in Salvos or something to get the ring.
Thanks for replying. The last 2 Breville products I've owned have had plastic parts perish. Nothing wrong with the motors, they just don't make stuff like they used to.

I haven't tried but considering how robust it is there shouldn't be a problem.
Is it possible to get a blade ? My one broke, and it looks difficult to get the part. Can Breville not organise this ?
Hey Dick, I'm not sure how far you got replacing your blade. I'm having some difficulty finding a replacement for the clutch attached to the blender (not the base) as it just broke off. If you end up getting rid of your blender, would you be open to selling me the plastic clutch? Cheers :)

Also, why is this discontinued when it is popular and not expensive?
After about 22 years of use, the plastic bass housing the blade has split and a part broken off. I am hoping you might have a spare part? I realise it's a long shot.....

Can you buy parts for this model. We need a replacement screw in blade and base for the bottom of the jug.

I've had a CBL10 for many many years and it's still doing a good job, but I can't get the blades undone so I can get in and clean around the base that has a groove between the base and the glass vessel. Food accumulates in this gap and I can't get a grip of the bottom enabling the nut to be undone. Too good otherwise just to dump it. Any clues or could Breville NZ do it?
If you still have the blender, place it atop the motor assembly and the unscrew. The motor base will hold the locking ring in place making it easier to undo.
Where can I purchase replacement knife / cutter ?
