I have a cot with the drop rail which runs on a track.i am missing the two top tracks i was wondering if was able to replace them it looks like the cot is from sleigh furniture or cots for tots

I am back again. Twins are now 3.5 and need to go up to the single bed version. We were told they were 4 in one beds, and we got them for that reason but the instructions loaded up earlier in the feed only show to Toddler. Am I missing some pages or do they not convert to single bed?

Trying to unsuccessfully convert my cots to toddler beds... Help please? We have moved and lost any parts except the new rail. Does it stay at the lowest cot setting? How do you take of the sliding door? HELP!
Here is my scanned copy of the instruction manual for the cot. Will keep it online for anyone else who needs it: external link If you go to the last page, you can see that the toddler rail does indeed go on the lowest holes. As for taking the sliding rail off (Painful as hell), the only real way to take it off safely without damaging the cot is to pull the cot apart on one side. Once the railing goes on, it doesn't come off unless you pull it apart because of how the railing system is designed on it. Not sure if this will help you given it is a month after you posted, but there you go. :D
I just tried to convert to single bed and there is 3 pages of the manual missing. Anyone know how to convert them?
Does anyone know what size the bolts are for the cot? I bought one online but she didn’t tell me until I had already got home that she had lost the screws :(

Hi, does anyone have instructions or can help me figure out how to get the sleigh cot railing off the cot. We bought it in 2016 and put it up but then ended up cosleeping so never used it. We are trying to convert it into a toddler bed but the railing won’t come off??
You need to loosen each end (as though you are dismantling it) until you have enough movement to take it out. I haven’t installed the toddler rail but I imagine you put it in the same way and then tighten each end again.
As per Lauren's instructions, the only way to remove it is by disassembling one side of the cot to make it come out. As for instructions, here ya go, my scanned copy of the one that came with my cot (I luckily bought mine back in 2015 before Cots4Tots turned into scam artists. We got ours in the time they stated).

I purchased a cot from you last year! I didn't open the sliding side till yesterday because I moved my little girl's bed to a separate bed room.
I saw there is a big crack on sliding side. Can you plz send me another sliding side!?
I can send you pictures of crack it is quite dangerous cuz it could broken and the child fall down.

A year late (I only joined today so I could share my scanned instruction manual I found while cleaning up my daughter's old baby stuff), I uploaded my scanned copy of the manual to my MEGA account for all to access.

Hi Kris679 and Rompe, thank you both so much for replying, I have since gotten rid of the cot as I also needed a sharpe part for it which I was unable to source.
Now that they have declared and apparently gone into administration does that mean whatever we haven't received has been lost or will their administrator somehow compensate
I honestly have no idea. I would like to think they would just give us our remaining last box, but with no response for weeks, who knows! Either compensation or the last box is what I'll be happy with, or at least some sort of answer!!
This all depends on what's owed and to who and if there are funds available or stock to sell to recoup funds. You will have to register as a creditor with the administrator and then wait for a resolution. This could take months and worse case is you may not get anything. However it's best to contact administrators, lodge a claim and get the story direct from them
This is such a joke of a company! From memory the email from the administrators said they have no stock and no money to refund anyone so I will be lodging a claim but highly doubt any of us will see our money or any owing goods being delivered. What annoys me the most is they told us our cot and mattress had arrived so where is it ... wonder if it will come up on gumtree???

Has anyone who has placed an order received their goods or had a response from this company. Ordered goods in December for delivery in March got told the cot had arrived but the change table hadn't and haven't been able to contact them since about the 4/4! I have tried calling daily to phone ringing out and no response to emails??
Will be disputing with PayPal if no response shortly. Just some form of communication would be nice?
Same situation here. Have received my cot, mattress, dresser and change mat..but no change table. They said they didn't expect the change table before the end of April I last heard from them on 12/4 and now their email is disconnected and phones ring out. I'm guessing they've gone bust
Thanks for your response. Glad you got part of your order - we have nothing! I am starting to think the same as we haven't heard anything since the 12/4 either when they sent an email saying they were short staffed! Fingers crossed I can get our money back.
I'm in same situation they are still sending short staff email. Today they took down their website and official Facebook page. If you paid by PayPal lodge a complaint to try and get your money back.
Hi Kez it is beyond a joke - they refuse to answer the phone too. I noticed the website and Facebook page have come down. What a joke sending that email - our baby is arriving next week and we have absolutely no furniture at all! Furious is an understatement! We have lodged the complaint with PayPal but they have til the 14/5 to respond! I doubt we will get our money back :(
