I have a Juicepresso CJP-01, but recently, the plastic part of the yellow strainer has been damaged, causing vegetable pulp that should go to the Pulp Ejection to end up in the juice. Could you please let me know where I can purchase a replacement strainer? Everything else is working fine, so it would be a waste to throw it away.

Hi Raji Thank you for your enquiry. As we only cover Australian units and this model is also discontinued for several years now, it will be best to refer back to Coway directly for parts and support.

Please contact the Coway India official representative at external link  or Coway Korea (HQ) here external link

Hope that helps!

Not sure what you mean but this juicer is not made any more. I think some parts of other juicers are interchangeable with this juicer going by appearances. Good luck.

I just bought a Coway Juicepresso CJP-03 and I'm seeing it's a slower juicer, not a problem there

But it gives very very LITTLE juice...I put in an apple, a carrot celery and some spinach and had about 150 ml of juice

Would anyone be able to tell what I am doing wrong? I did expect more juice

Thank you

Malti

Sounds normal. Even with these non centrifugal force juicers there is a lot of pulp aka wastage and not much juice.

Hi Malti, So sorry for the late reply. Usually with an issue like this, it has to do with putting in too many ingredients at once or juicing them too fast. Try putting the ingredients in slowly or one by one, waiting for the current piece in the juicer to be done being squeezed before putting in the next one.

However we only distributed the CJP-01 and not the CJP-03, so it's still best to check with the store that you bought it from :)

Are CJP02 and CJP03 made in China or in South Korea? Thanks

It would be Korea, as Coway is a Korean brand. Hope that helps :)

I think that this juicer was discontinued, and the manufacturer is having issues with getting parts from their providers... I found this link to order replacement parts but the strainer and drum assembly are out of stock:

Perhaps you can contact your dealer to discuss on your warranty??

I purchased my juicer through a pop up store in glen waverly Vic, through a distributer called 'Andatech'. You can try their web site external link  or they have a help line 1300800200. I would also try with the company you purchased through and check you warranty details, they should cover it if it's within the time frame.

Hi, I am looking for a cold press juicer that can juice fruit and remove all the pulp from the juice. I am mainly talking about - Apples, pears, watermelon, berries etc. After reading the reviews already I am under the impression that this juicer might not do what I am after? But I am hoping someone will be able to answer my query. Thanks

I bought a Juicepresso more than two years ago. We had, had, several juicers including a commercial juicer we bought home from the USA. This juicepresso is better than all of our previous juicers. The juice tastes much better and seems to stay fresher for longer because the juice presso juices cold pressed. The motor runs slowly. I usually do a weeks worth and store them in glass bottles in the freezer. It is small and compact, not noisy and does a good job. Cleaning is no worse than cleaning other juicers, in my opinion, with the right tools. I always use a tooth brush and give it a good scrub. Whilst some people may say it expensive, value for money I think. Shop around we bought ours on line.
