Can you give me the dimensions of the front carrier please.

The front carrier dimensions are 35x25x11cm. It does have a slight taper so the top is larger than the bottom

Hi Derry, thanks for your question. ClassX is suitable for riders between 160cm to 185cm so the size will be ok for you. Thank you!

Looking for a bike that can take me up our steep driveway. Doesn't need to be that fast but its the main reason I need an ebike and need it to be strong in this area

I live in a very hilly town and fair to say I glide up like nobodies business. I feel so free on my bike and love that I’m not exhausted and feel like I’m dying after a ride. The bike looks amazing in real life. Photos don’t do it justice.

can this bike handle steep hills?

Sepi
Sepi

It depends on how steep is the hill. I haven't had any problems going up hills on it. However on very steep hills you need to pedal with some more effort. The bike has 3 modes: "eco", "normal" and "power". For max power, you should put it on "power" and shift to the lowest gear.

thank you and are the brakes powerful enough to stop descents down steep hills?

brakes are reliable and powerful, if adjusted properly.

Is this bike easy to have serviced? Thinking this one or the one from 99bikes???

Yes very easy , I love this bike perfect !

Hi Liz You need to service mechanical parts every 6 months (if you use the bike daily) or every 12 months if you use if less often. The service is very easy just like a traditional bike (As electric parts do not need servicing).
