after selling shares how do i transfer funds to my anz savings a/c i was told by anz branch that funds had gone into investment a/c i dont know how to access this a/c
there a trading pin as well, It a different USER id and Password compare to your normal ANZ account. Seem like there some serious problems with there system transfer.

I'm having trouble using the ANZ share investing facility on my Android phone. I've logged in successfully on the website, but try as I might I can't access my holdings. The help document says to click on the account number but it doesn't seem to do anything. Does anyone have a hint?

But there is no "my account" link or button. I'm on the 'normal' website (which works fine on my computer) but on my phone none of those buttons that are next to the 'search instruments' field is visible. UPDATE, just realised they are have been shifted on the phone screen to the white space on the RHS, where they are not visible because the text format is white. So I have to guess where the button is and click on a blank space. Then I have access to the Accounts button. I use Duck Duck Go as my browser on the phone, but I find it a bit pathetic that the ANZ share investment URL can't handle the share investment website (I have _never_ had any trouble with any other URL). I've already rated them as a '1' for other reasons. This outcome doesn't change my view.

Why does the tax break down not show holdings as at 30th June as Etrade used to
Looking back at my 2019 return the holdings are shown on the EOFY report after the trading account statement and Buy and Sell confirmations. That said I find the CMC platform reporting totally unreliable on a day to day basis. Sometimes they show nil values for one or all of my US shares and also occasionally show the daily gain on a US share as the total value for that share. The eTrade reporting was much more reliable.

No the historical cost information will not transfer. I am having to do the maths from other sources (CHESS holding statements, previous ASX announcements and bank statements) to have the correct cost profile when I change to a new broker.
