after reading these comments and having paid so half the cost of the product again to be delivered same day......you guys should be reported to a current affair. sounds like if they arrive at all. chances are they are not going to be good anyway.

Then why are you still advertising and adding $19 per delivery for next day service . This means your website is misleading and you are still taking extra fee knowing it cannot be delivered

When this shipping method is selected, we guarantee that gifts will be delivered on the delivery date requested. Our checkout page provides flexibility where customers can choose their preferred date on the calendar. Based on the time the order was placed, the type of gift, and the location provided on the order form, the website will prompt the shipping options available. If the same-day slots have been filled in for a specific day, the date will be greyed out on the calendar and the next available date would have been available for selection.
