You would need to know what year it was built. If it is the current version, then the DC to DC charger may have been affected

Hi Caz, I have a 2021 F3S and the problems I've had are only minor. A freak storm damaged the electric awning and some of the fixtures are cheap plastic but overall I'm happy with it. The BIG problem is after sales service and warranty claims....there is none !! We are virtually out of the covid thing and it's no better. I still don't get email replies and I get the same old generic answer when I ring...shame really.

Thanks. I have to get my Jayco fixed. Jayco repairer told me August. Another repairer told me April. Managed to get a spot in March which was a 5 week wait. Maybe they have the same backlog. A lot of people on the road and buying vans. I just don't want to be buying rubbish and there is not a lot of reviews. So maybe, most people have no problems to speak of or maybe they are not selling.

Hi Guys, I have a 2020 FS3E, have done many trips with it, yes it had some minor teething problems when i first got it but I speak with many travelers and all of them have minor issues when they purchase a new Van, in fact, i have not spoken to anyone that has had 100% success with a new product. With fantasy, it is just the same, yes, the warranty claim can take time but look at the time it takes to get a new van. I think some people are being a little harsh on the brand rather than caravans over all, you wanted a budget van, you got a budget van with some really good features and the things that count that take you off road are as good as any, mine tows like a dream and goes places that a lot of my friends cannot. I know sometimes it is hard and frustrating, if it is just a minor fix, consider paying your local man, i know that is not the point, but easier and gets you back doing what you purchased the van for in the first place. Enjoy this amazing country guys.

We have a F3S-D and Fantasy has installed a Chinese diesel heater under the seat. ( initial contract specified Australian or European heater, but to no avail ). It works well now, but the original air intake was not sufficient. We had to open a vent under the seat.

Hey Leanne.. Yes our annexe was missing and arrived 5 weeks after. The step is a weird one.. what state are you in?

We got our caravan in July 2020 with the annexe but some poles had to be modified in Melbourne and at that stage they did not really know what to do with them. It is ok now. Ask them to show you how to set up as it is a bit tricky if you do not know. They may have a video by now. I suggest you contact the Melbourne office 1300 096 615 Check everything under the van, as electric wiring were not held correctly, holes not silicone and make sure that the brakes are correctly adjusted. Our air con is leaking. They are trying to fix it now.

Hi Leanne did you buy your van from Bergmans RV in Rockingham, if so how was the service and delivery, did it take long to deliver and have you had to get them to do any warranty work.

We got ours in July this year and so far haven't received the annex, I'm going to ring them and see if I can get a spare set of shockabsorbers instead of the annex. Otherwise really happy with the van.
