Could I know how are the calories added up? Like, if there’s only 3g protein and 3g carbs per serving, how is a serving 103 calories? Do I count calories from the unavailable carbs and how? I’m just really curious. Thanks!
Hi Ellen, you don’t need to count the calories. We have provided the kilojoules and calories for you per serving (1 bag = 1 serve) and per 100g on the nutritional panel in line with Food Standards Australia and New Zealand. To answer part of your question, calories come from available and unavailable carbohydrates as well as protein and dietary fibre.
