If you used your credit card lodge a transaction dispute with your bank, otherwise apply to one of the scam recovery companies there’s are lots around if you do a google search

It’s closed, they are fugitives.. some company started pursuing legal action on them I was told so they are now trading under a different name..

I thought that would happen. That's why these criminals are so damn hard to catch. They just shut shop and then open under another name.

Alll go through your banks for chargebacks their should be a pattern with their merchants by now fight hard people

I got my money back through my bank as my credit card was debited, otherwise I would have applied to a good chargeback company.. even if you get part of it back better than nothing, do some research on bank credit card dispute vs chargeback company, good luck!

Hi Tony, they have got all my money and do not look like giving it back! I had AKA Andrew Chase, Jack Davis and calls from a couple of others that I did not play along with. These peopleneed to be STOPED.

No.. All sorts of excuses made & want more detail information, documents to sign. If you read the documents carefully, it gives them full right to deduct charges as they wish. This is a scam and a big fraud... WA government agents advise me that this is a scam & fraud after I forwarded the information to them.,

Who do we advise this to in Australia, I have registered, but my bank wouldn't let the payment go through, but they have my personal info & card details (which is cancelled today). They wanted me to use a Commonwealth or Westpac card as it was easier. John Jordan plays a very good act & wants to be your best friend lol, hence being unsure about it all.

Go back to your bank and get directed to the fraud team/chargebacks. You can apply for chargebacks and you might get some of your money back. I lost a lot of money through them and have been recently successful in getting back some through the chargeback process. I am still waiting on the rest but know of someone else who has gotten all their money back via chargebacks. I have just tried to get onto their website but it is blocked. I am not sure if they are now down and out (until they reopen under another name!) or if it is just me they have blocked. TRY with the banks AND go to ACORN, SCAMWATCH, ASIC and report them.

I requested withdrawal from them, waiting for it. I want to know any successful cases about withdraw money too, any suggestions? Thanks!

Bitcoin? Maybe. It's very hard to know. A friend who is a REAL investor thinks the price will drop in the next six months or so but I would be very careful with any of this. It's extremely high risk, even with a bonafide investor.

As soon as I signed up, they called me, but thanks to my husband, I didn't give them any money. They only able to annoyed me by calling me everyday using all sort of phone number. (Both Australia and overseas numbers)

Cancel all card you may have given them details off !

Yes I got scammed as well and so have lots of other people, they must be stopped!!!
