I don’t know, I can’t find any contact details and emails are going unanswered. It’s not good enough, they have stolen my money!

I have sent 2 emails regarding a faulty product, but have had no response. I will try this avenue.
We bought of set of three Pop figures (Miraculous Ladybug). The Ladybug figure has a missing arm (right arm).
