Had same happen to me. They responded asking me to give reason why I wanted to cancel. Just asked for refund and they said to tell me when I received the items to email them back and give me instructions on how to return them. Replied once received they just keep sending same email back to me. I have sent many emails to them. I tried the contact number it said it doesn't exist. Contacted my bank have to wait to make a dispute

Hi, same thing, same company, in fact it could of been me that wrote your post! I am trying to get money back through bank but they need returns policy but that is nowhere to be found. I have e mailed company again to ask for it but doubt I'll get that. They said they had returned money to my PayPal account on 20th Sept but lied again. I am so angry mainly with myself for being taken in by this but as I cancelled bank authorisation at the time of ordering I thought that was the end of it. I hope somehow we both get our money back.

Inform your bank of the fraudulent transaction, then cancel your bank card and request a new one. Also inform the office of fair trade and the ACCC. You'll see just how fast you'll get your money back.

Same here. I received another order too.check your bank account. They might made unauthorised debt. I had to make dispute and bank returned money. However i had to cancel my card and ordered new one.

My credit card details have been passed on from your company to a purchase from Mavella superfoods for 'Brainboost' for a value of $300.11, I noticed on feedback other customers have had the same fate, I have reported the fraud to CBA, your credit card details are clearly insecure or you have a theif in your company. I am going to contact the ACCC and lodge a complaint with them as they are just selling scam products with no recourse.

Yes Les and they charged my credit card in US dollars. You should cancel your credit card to avoid further charge from this company and dispute the charges from your bank. I was with Westpac bank and they should be aware of this people.

Hey Lis, the same thing happened to me! They charged my card more then I had agreed too and have been automatically charging me again $300 AUD, I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks and now had to dispute it with the the bank and cancel my card

Well done. So sorry to hear. That’s the problem, Maggie is not endorsing and her website says the same. Keto are misrepresenting and misleading and selling a dodgy product. Shame on them.

Hey all, the exact same thing happened to me! I feel very stupid having bought into this scam and not reading before purchasing, which I will never do again. They have automatically charged me $300 again and have now had to cancel my card and have made a dispute with the bank. these people need to be shut down

I reported them to scamwatch. The more people do this there might be a chance of stopping them.

Del, follow what Lydia told you above... I did the same thing but mine was cancelled by a nice customer service from their company (i'm sure she lost her job by now as others just don't want to bulge from that company), so I don't need to follow it up from my bank to dispute it. It was refunded that very same day. But I cancelled my credit card which I highly recommend as reading from other comments here, they will keep deducting amounts off your credit card.

It's a hassle but better than losing some of your hard earned money from these mobs but first, dispute the amount of what they deducted from you... your bank will try to recover that and hopefully, they can. it doesn't matter if your credit card has been cancelled if you got the refund, it will still go to the replacement card.

goldcoast.gold-coast-keto.com doesn't seem to exist anymore. so, i'm sure they'll be going to have another website just to dupe people.
