VerifiedWe bought a Growatt SPH 5000 TL BL-UP and installed. We use it to replace the previous model Min5000 TL-x which has been working all good. After installation of SPH 5000, the priority is "Load First". Exportlimit has been disabled. However it doesn't feed the power to grid. Should we change any settings to get it feed to grid and working properly? Try the best to read the manual book and contact the installer electrician. However nothing is helpful. The electrician said over the phone, we need to set the system to "Self-Use" in advanced settings. However there is no menu of "Advance" in system. Thanks. Bill 0430360750.

We have a Growatt solar system installed. It is about 12 years old. We are concerned there is a bipping noise happening also there is a red light showing on the front. There is a message saying "PV Isolator Low". What should we do? I would be very grateful if someone could get back to me. Many thanks Sue Sharp 0408 022 865.
Good luck sue they won’t call you they will only email you and then say your system is running fine we’ve had nothing but problems with ours since being installed 2 years ago. My advice would be get and new inverter installed from an Australian run and owned company these guys sit behind a computer and do nothing !!
You are right heard nothing from 7 months ago.
The Growatt inverter is doing it's job fine by alerting you that your PV panels need a service.
