We bought a camper trailer in July 2022. The heating was never an issue - but now we have come to summer we find the aircon doesn't cool at all. Hubby took it back to where we bought it from for warranty repair. Left it there for a week and was told it had been fixed. Anybody else have issue with the cooling in one of these? Thanks

The air conditioners have been really good and there would be over 1,000 or so units out there now at a guess with very few problems they are real reliable, there is a dust cover that has to be opened up under the camper, if this cover has been left closed the air conditioner will not get cold and it could over heat the unit if left going for a long period of time and do some damage, please check you have the cover opened and the mode set to cool as the unit is reverse cycle as you are aware, and put the temperature to -16 , then give the compressor a minute to engage and see if cold air start to blow out of the outlets . I do not know who you are or where you have purchased the camper as SJR21 is not on any of our records. I do not even know if you are a real customer there is that many scams and doggy sites today, but this product site is not going to get it fixed if you really have a problem and are a genuine customer the best thing to do is call where you brought it and tell them it is still not working, and they can arrange a booking time and will see what the problem is and how they can fix it for you.

We've been out in 35+temp the a/c works fine do need fans to help push the cool air around. Must not forget to open cover underneath.

Thinking about buying the Navigator TS. What camper did you buy?

I bought the grand mega deluxe (air conditioned) with the top extras package, don’t buy it to sit around is my advice, buy it and do a serious trip within your first twelve months while it’s under warranty, then good luck getting them to service your warranty.

I bought a Forward fold Grand tourer deluxe. Check all nut and bolts and make sure they are snug and tight as 50% of mine were not. They only have toe in and toe out Adjustment on axles, No Camber. There poly hitch is Rubbish.Replaced mine with a Cruismaster. Dust sealing is Rubbish, used 3 tubes of silicone to seal body. Also spot welds that hold flush mount doors crack and break, Pop riveted around mine.Chinese shocks are rubbish, Replaced with Tough Dog. The list goes on, have spent Thousands of dollars and many hours bringing the trailer to a higher standard.
