Hi everyone we have our furniture in storage in Brisbane and we have just found out about Hannan removals as we have been traveling around Australia, does any one know who to contact as we need to get are furniture to Perth
A Company called FAM Relocations has taken over the business of Hannan Removals. Not sure of there phone number. They may or may not answer your call. They may or may not ship your furniture. They have also changed the address of their head office. They may or may not allow you to make contact with them. Good Luck!

Does anyone have any info about this? Been 3 weeks and no idea where my stuff is,any help would be appreciated.
I have no Idea about mine either. We are contact Fair trading but will take time to investigate. We are getting legal Advise soon...sad and upset but how do we do? Do you contact Fam.? we did but now [name removed] on the phone say have no idea just leave the number but no one call back!
If your stuff is in Sydney then the story by the crazy ex employee is that FAM Relocations need to pay money they owe before the containers can be picked up. It looks like one of the staff at FAM Relocations has been gossiping. Shame they can't be so upfront with their customers.
Hannan removalists was on A Current Affair the other night, they have practically shut down their Brisbane Office and all customers items are sitting in containers in their shipping yard somewhere in Brisbane. I don't know what's happening in Sydney or anywhere else but that's what's happening in Brisbane. We moved a few years ago and got ripped off by Hannan so I'm not surprised their going under. I hope you get your stuff back soon.
Thank you Tracy. Don't know how many people got the same problem but seems only me talk about it. How could I get all of us together to take legally action against them?
I second that Phoebe. I've written a review/info on my experience but its yet to be posted here. I'd like to know what options we have, and how long I need to live out of a suitcase before I give up and just buy new belongings.
Contact Current Affair for follow up story. Contact owner of FAM Relocations. He maybe able to help now that he owns the business. His address is shown on the ASIC business name directory for public information. Send him a letter of demand if they won't return phone calls.
I moved with Fams a few days ago and had no problems. Hannans is the company that has the debt why are u all blaming fams? Do u all pay your neighbours bills? Have any of u even moved with fam to even make judgement? Shame on u all.
Have you seen where customers are stating that FAM Relocations asked for more money to deliver jobs originally booked with Hannan Removals. They took the money and then did not deliver customers belongings. They would not even return phone calls. You know that's right 'removalqueen62' because you work for FAM Relocations.
Sing there praises when you have all your stuff! They've let too many people down already! Some people have been living without belonging for a month now.
We arrived to Sydney. Can't contact them after they asked to pay the last storage and handling fee all total now $3800 and she advised to delivery on Monday. After they got money they called my husband that the company's has bankruptcy and now taking over by Sam Logistics Relocation and they will contact him again but no response after got the hold of money! Help????!! 2 weeks now we are paying rent but cat move in!! Are they just take money and run?!!!
They are not allowed to take money knowing they are bankrupt, as this is a illegal act. I suggest getting legal representation very quickly to act on your behalf to reclaim your belongings and contacting insolvency agent who has been assigned to act for Hannans. Government Dept ITSA should be also able to help. Good luck.

I can't find the Facebook page about this anymore, what happen? So far I don't Know what to do. I am so desperate to find out where our things are. Cry can't help but what can I do.
They took the facebook page down because of some rank ex employee who was mouthing off a bunch of lies. Onya! Now you've wrecked it for everyone crazy cow!

Contact A Current Affair. It seems they don't like the publicity. The other customers who appeared on the show had there goods delivered.

I have been informed that Hannan has gone in to receivership a couple of weeks ago, you need to find out what company is the administrator and deal with them direct.
