this company shouldn't be allowed to be operated!!! Terrible !! Is that how you scam everyone's money?????? Lesson learnt!
I cancelled my order within 24 hours and before the amount had been charged to my Visa account. The clothing had not been shipped. I have sent several emails and there has been no response, plus my Visa account has now been charged. ORDER #97820 It is also misleading to advertise on Australian sites with no statement that the $ is American. Big difference in cost which is not acknowledged until the Visa account was processed. Not happy

Does anyone know how to return? I ordered a few items in April, for my granddaughter, and the few just received, do not fit. I am expecting a few more things and I am concerned that they will not fit by the time they arrive. I have had no response from Hazel & Bo. There is a PO Box on the original package. Is this where to send back?
I ordered in March. Haven’t gotten my things. Finally got a reply to my email telling them to cancel. It was a automated reply. Honestly i think we’ve been screwed. Sorry I don’t have any answers but wanted to let you know you weren’t alone.
Oh my gosh, they are the worst company I disputed my credit card charge and it say it was shipped!!! liars and thieves.

Hello I would love to know when my order will be in the US! I placed an order in early April for my Granddaughter and still waiting for an update. Only said it was shipped & last response from tracking said May 5. She will outgrow the shoes I’m afraid before they get here. Not happy. I totally understand about COVID, but an update would let me decide if I should cancel my order , Thank you .

Ordered in April. Shipped, last update turned over to airline May 2nd. No further updates. Wish I looked at reviews first, never would have ordered.

order mine early April. tracking stopped. supposedly shipped again. now stuck at post office in China for over a week. If I new that's where they were would never have ordered it. think this company is a scam. don't want to refund just want to "resend" the order.
4/23: I am wondering where my order is? I placed an order on March 27 and have not received it yet.
I ordered on the same day, it came yesterday. It’s missing one outfit. They’re being held up in customs from China. So now I get to start all over! When I email them at support they have responded very promptly. But I didn’t know this was a Chinese company! Won’t order from them again.
I ordered baby clothing March 12. Items were paid for and I have not received them. The newborn I was buying for will outgrow the items as purchased. I want a refund. Have been emailing company and they keep telling me order on the way. I want a refund and I do not want to do further business with this company.
