Anyone know why the PolyCool is not drawing water from the reservoir

Hello the ice maker has been making ice but now the last few mornings when I push start it starts up ready to go then the red ( ice full light comes on ) AND ( the red deficient light comes on ). The machine is about 7yrs old but hasent been used a lot. Any suggestions. THANKS Paul.

I bought my ice machine around Christmas time and it’s not staying cold enough for the ice Tim be iced it make a nice but then when you put in a cup like couple of minutes later, it’s melting him and it has a taste to do you spell Fossett water or do you have to use bottled water or what kind of water would you prefer to use an ice machine making

How long does it take to make ice to bag up and put in freezer? I have this highlander ice maker and it takes a couple of hrs at least. I'm disappointed.
