Hi Jettzy victims. Has anyone had success in getting refunds from this dodgy company? I have tried for 2 years, this keeps going around in circles, despite numerous emails to peter.li@tourismintegration.com and his assistant phong.nguyen@jettzy.com I have raised a case with Department of Fair Trading (17 June 2024), I am hoping that gets their attention
Would anyone consider speaking to A Current Affair about this company??
Hi I fractured my fibula 5 days before flying. I sent a medical letter from the doctor that stated I couldn't fly. I sent x-rays . I called Quantas who told me I could 100% get a flight refund. Jettzy deliberately only applied for seating refunds knowing seating doesn't get refunded. They tried to send me an extract that said No refund can be given ,but I was suspicious because Quantas had told me the opposite. I am getting the runaround and YES. I think the agency SHOULD BE Shamed on A Current Affair as I want my Refund that Quantad has told me is sitting waiting to be collected I am at home still trying to heal this 3 week old I jury, . I'm willing to get a group of us and go to Current Affair. I have had the same issues as you. Hawaiian fully refunded my ticket but Jetzy refuse to pass it on. If your serious about this contact me please. Lainey.bird @ hotmail dot com
Hello I received a refund 3 weeks short of 2 years of the non existent ticket I tried contacting A Current Affair, however they didnt respond I bombarded these 2 constantly with emails demanding my refund Peter li peter.li@tourismintegration.com nguyen phong phong.nguyen@jettzy.com
I believe Peter is the company owner or director, phong maybe Peters assistant. Give them hell!!!

Hi Armando Sadly, there are many many Jettzy victims! Fortunately for me, I received a refund, 3 weeks before the 2 year anniversary I bombarded these 2 almost daily demading an update. I bought a flexi fare thinking I could change date of flight if necessary I tried to change date but got asked to pay more for the change than for fresh tickets on the new date Plus I would get charged an extra$50 to exercise that right to pay more If anybody at Jettzy considers that a wise business move then God help us all
Hi, I am an 80 year old pensioner who has been ripped off to the tune of $3200.00 by this company. Is there an avenue for a class action against them ? They should not be allowed to keep trading !!!
We should all go to A Current Affair!! They need investigating to stop ripping off Aussies!

Hi Embee, I am in a similar situation with Jettzy. I just finished my NCAT hearing today and won, so now Jettzy is legally obligated to pay me back $3200 which is the full cost of my flight. It is possible to get justice through the right avenues, if anybody here would like to work on a class action/bringing more light to this issue please let me know!
Hi Jacinta, what a relief to hear ........ I am in Qld......I believe that the equivalent to NCAT in Qld is QCAT....I will most certainly contact them asap. Thanks for you help and response to my question !!! I hope that this will enlighten those scammed by Jettzy !!!

I have just submitted my report to the Qld Consumer Affairs. They have accepted the complaint and are currently working on it. If this fails I'll be pushing through with the Courts (Tribunal) !!

Hi Embee, sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, I am not sure about QCAT since I filed via NCAT. But I would say file a form under the consumer and commercial division. I wonder how your complaints with the Qld consumer affairs went? Also, I highly encourage you to get your money back via QCAT, it might be lengthy but getting a large sum of 3000 is definitely worth the effort.
Hello members of the "Jetzzy burnt club" ... I am curious to know if anyone has received refunds without going down the legal path? I am more than happy to do whatever it takes to get my money back, shut them down or preferably both!! I found the name & email of "Peter Li" who appears to be somewhat of an owner of the parent company. I have emailed Peter, he passed my email over to "Phong" to continue the run around.
Hi Jacinta, Qld Consumer Affairs contacted them and they offered a paltry $900 +. I'm certainly not happy with that as they refused to offer anything (zero)until QCA got on to them. I am in the process of taking the case to QCAT, See what happens ....will keep you people informed !

I’ve experienced the same as a lot of you. Bought a ticket and paid for extra insurance that said it allowed me to cancel or change my ticket, free of charge and get my money refunded. But when I tried to get a refund they refused and gave transparent excuses. I’m thinking about contacting Consumer Affairs about it and was wondering if anyone else had done so? If so how did that go for you?
We have talked about it, but haven’t yet.
Yeah, I hoped I could solve it myself but it’s useless. I called consumer affairs and they told me to contact AFCA who could help me with the specific insurance issue. Now AFCA are telling me that they can’t find Jettzy’s insurance as a registered insurance provider in Aus. Did you pay for premium insurance cover with them? I did but never got any form of documentation about the cover via email. I’m not even sure of the insurance providers name.
They are registered with the name "Tourism Integration Ltd" in Australia. I am in a similar boat and would like to do the same thing. Secondly, I even bought the Premium package but it's not an Insurance. So I don't think AFCA would be the appropriate department to deal with them.
I filed a tribunal application a few days ago. Although I haven't attended the court hearing yet, Jettzy representatives have been replying to my emails and trying to negotiate. The option they gave me was a flight credit worth 3000 dollars, however, I won't receive any credit code, but have to apply via email. Sound pretty dodgy to me. I think the best option is to go though the tribunal.
Sounds like you’re getting somewhere with it at least! But definitely sounds like a dodgy response. Was yours the same situation with the premium package?
No, my situation is pretty different. I booked a ticket with a layover in Auckland to China, I tried to board the flight but was rejected with no reasons given. Later I found out that the itinerary which Jettzy sold me was never going to work according to China's COVID entry requirement. Fast forward they replied to me after I filed a complaint, offering me the flight credits. I asked how much will they charge me for re-booking, they replied with the quote of $1095, with a 'no show' fee of $805 dollars.
Jacinta how did you file a tribunal and did you let them know about it or they are told about the case by the tribunal? My flight got cancelled and they are trying to charge me huge refund fee. I want to file a tribunal case too.
Hi Brad, sorry for the late reply. Jettzy operates under NSW law (as stated on their website), so I filed through NCAT. The procedure is relatively simple if you go on the NCAT websites they will have all the guides. I'm not sure if you reside in NSW but it is definately easier if you do.

Please, do not buy from them. I made this mistake. When you book the flights, and before you pay for them, the price suddenly increases for no reason. If you want to change the flight, they will charge you 5 times more than the actual cost of the flight.
Such a scam they cancelled my ticket and have not refunded me my $3000
They are scammers do not ever buy from them .
