King Koil Ortho Comfort Plush Questions & Answers
VerifiedWe purchased the King Chiro Luxury Plush Mattress in march 2012 and i have had lower back and hip problems since purchasing this mattress Thought i should persist with this as it may have been that my body might have to adjust to the new mattress. but after three months and trips to the chiro. Chiro has recommended i go back to my old bed which i have and i am not waking up stiff and sore. Bit anysappointed in my purchase spent a lot of money on a lemon. Can you get a refund on this purchase for these reasons..
We bought the Chiro King Sleep Whisperer latex mattress 2 months ago, with soft overlay. Wife loves it, i get a sore back by morning. An egg crate style overlay for me has eased my hip problems, but not the back. Stripped it all down today and there is a distinct centre mound already! Waiting for retailer to respond to my emailed pics. An egg crate style
There was a 10 year guarantee from AH Beard on our mattress - have a go at them & let us know your results.
We have an AH Beard Aoraki (Pure Latex Mattress). It is unbearably hot and soft. We have had terrible sleep since buying it for $6000 2 years ago. Are the inner sprung matresses cooler generally?. Harvey Norman told us it would be cooler.
Hi John, I can't really answer that question as I have never slept on latex. We have solved our heat problems with ours by laying a cotton doona cover between the sheet & mattress. It does make the mattress higher, but we just 'cope' with that - some higher sided sheets are on the market. If it was me, I'd be asking for my money back for this mattress as it doesn't do for you what they said it would. You will probably have a very long warranty. Good luck with this.....

Avoid the ones with pillow tops. I purchased the firmest Sealy mattress available. No pillow top at all. I LOVE this mattress. You don't sink into it at all, so stay cooler.
