KitchenAid Diamond KSB1585 Questions & Answers
VerifiedThe jar lock broke down! Twice! The first time it was under warranty, and I received a new blender. A few months later (and out of warranty) the new one got the jar lock broken. In my opinion, a faulty design. Anyway, I bought the spare part but I haven't been able to disassemble the blender to replace the part. How do I remove the coupling? I've found some videos explaining the method with other models, but it doesn't work with KSB1585. external link
Otherwise, is there a place in Melbourne I can take it to be repaired?
Can this appliance be repaired? All lights flash when the on button is pressed and a blend speed is selected.
Hi there just wondering if this product can be used to puree baby food? Thanks
Hello, I asked my wife and she was sure it would.
It has a soup mode and a pulse mode that sucks the food down to be blended. Seriously the best blender we have ever owned.
