Hi, I purchased the Anko electric Citrus Juicer product Id #42412977 yesterday 23/7. The manual states 2 filters but there is only one filter. I called the CR number given by you prior to purchasing the product and was told the system states it is BPA free. But no where on the box or manual it states BPA free. I called your customer service on the same number a short while ago, while explaining the lady hung up. May be it was an accident. Immediately after that I called again and the recording says no one available please call again. Only 2 weeks ago, I returned the Anko bedside clock as it never worked. I cannot go to the shops and each time I need to find someone to visit Kmart purchase/ returns. I am concerned if the product is BPA free. Please confirm or have Anko confirm this for me before I have some one visit KMart with the juicer for return / replacement. I know K Mart products are value for money. At the same time the customer needs to get the correct product in working condition. Hope you appreciate my view and reply. Thank you Anu

Hi Anu, on the lid of the juicer it has a recycling imprint with a number 7 in the middle. Products that have BPA have numbers 3 or 7. I don't know if it's just the lid or the whole juicer.

The price is good for the product. There are juicers available with a simpler design making them easier to wash and reassemble but the ANKO is fine.

Follow these steps: 1. Put the big cup on the motor unit and align the arrows. 2. On top of this, Put the 2 filters (turn them left and right to make it in position) 3. Then put the small cone and you can start using it by pressing down with half oranges.

I'm not using the big cone nor the transparent cover as I don't need them. Hope this helps!
