My steamer had become very weak and is not pushing out enough steam. I have descaled and even used a pin to clean the hole but still happening. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi we've got the black espresso machine but it's recently started leaking water out of the steam wand when making the coffee, is there a seal that can be replaced?
Mine did this for about a day or two then it went away. Try purging all the water out on the steam setting and it should clear and go back to normal again.

Same here, water spouts out of the steam wand when pulling a shot, is there any repair info @kmart?
I have the CM5418CB-SA model with the same problem and repaired it today, drop a comment below if you would like a solution.
I lost the coffee filter from the machine model CM5013-SA. I found 3 diameter sizes for replacement: 51mm, 53mm and 58mm. Which one is the correct one for this model please? There is no mention to this size on instructions manual
51mm delonghi fit's perfect from eBay

I recently received this as a gift. It makes 2 cups perfectly, but when I try to make a single cup with the smaller filter it’s awful-weak and twice as much liquid as you want. Also, when I use the milk frother, by the time the milk (I use soy) is hot enough, it has become all froth with no milk. Can anyone please help me to resolve these issues? Thanks in advance.
I have used this machine for a few years now. I only ever use the double cup filter, but then I like a stronger coffee. Throw the single filter away. As to the froth, remover the outside air mixer from the bottom of the steam tube and toss (recycle) it. It's useless! You can easily froth your coffee by lowering the cup until you get a slight "sshht" sound occasionally. Practice makes perfect. Good luck.

Thanks so much Geoff! I did give upon the small filter. It's a bit annoying to have to make twice as much as I need each time to get it to the right strength, but I pour the leftover coffee into ice cube trays & use it in my iced coffee so it doesn't go to waste. Will defo try the frother suggestion too. Appreciate your advice!
What size tamp do you need for the Kmart espresso machine

What can we do if themlk frother is not properly working? It seems like it’s not frothing the milk.
Hi Sheena, thanks for reaching out! We recommend ensuring you're following the instructions in the manual with how to use the milk frother: external link . It's possible the wand is blocked, in which case you can use a wooden toothpick to remove possible calcium deposits from the holes on the frother. Hope this helps!
Hi team Ive a expresso coffee maker CM5013-SA and I'm missing the silver coffee filter, it's gone AWOL! Is it possible to buy a replacement part? Many thanks Karen

Can you disassemble this machine? and in that case, how? I have loosened four screws (to underneath, two in the back) but i can't open it yet... Help? :O
Me as well, I can't get it apart, hoping someone has had success.
To open the machine at the top, undo the 2 back screws near the top. Hold the machine down firmly and lift the back edge of the top using the wire rack. It will suddenly pop out of it's clips. To take the bottom cover off just remove all 8 retaining screws and it comes off easily.
Can I purchase a cover for the water storage on my Anko Pod machine

We are using our machine for the first time and we can't get the power button to stay in and no power light will come on either. Please help!!!
Hi Kate, we're really sorry to hear this coffee machine isn't working as expected. It may be faulty, so we recommend returning it to a local Kmart store, along with your proof of purchase, for a refund/exchange. We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused!
Hi, we got our machine in December and it worked great - however now the water seems to come through too fast and hard, so the coffee has lots of froth (not crema) and the taste has deteriorated. It seems to work ok for the first few seconds but then the water starts frothing. We have tried changing the grind (eg using even finer grind) but it doesn't seem to make any difference. The machine is also much louder now than it was when we bought it. Previously it only made that noise when the water level was too low. Keen for any tweaks we can make to fix this! Thanks
Apologies for the disappointment caused Lizzie, we will share your feedback with our team so we can improve the quality of our product. Do take this item back to any of our stores for a replacement. Thank you for this reply. I'm actually in New Zealand, and bought the espresso machine at a local Kmart. I assume the same policy will apply here. That's a shame there's no easy fix! Thanks again.
I have a Kmart Anko Espresso Coffee Machine CM5013-SA and when I turn it on and press the coffee button the pump makes noise but no water comes out even tho the water tank has water in it.
Hi Karen, we're sorry to hear that there isn't water coming out of this coffee machine when you try and use it. When putting the tank back into the machine, make sure the water level doesn't exceed the max line, and lightly press to ensure it's in place properly. If this doesn't help and you're still not getting any water coming out of it, please give your local store a call to discuss returns options as it may be faulty.
I bought an anko coffee machine then after a year the steam wand began to drip. I tried to fix it but to no avail. I bought a new one and now this one is also leaking water from the steamer as I make coffee and consistently getting worse
We are sorry to hear your feedback and will be sharing your comments on!
Can I use the Anko expresso machine to just pour a cup of hot water to make a long black. The steam controller switch appears to have a steam and water icon which implies I can get either steam or hot water
unless you bleed it through the coffee drip without the handle inside, wouldn't be an ideal or practical solution
Hi Paula, best if you read through our manual for more information: external link . If you'd like to discuss this further, please share your details here external link or call us on 1800 124 125
