Well, that was a waste of time. Kmart do not have any support for the product they have sold. Will keep that in mind when next they have something to tempt me. 2 bikes x $499 each, off to the tip. Well done Kmart.

Yes Peter, Kmart is useless. Not supporting a product they've sold. I'm thinking of going to Fair Trading and see of they can offer some advice. I've even googled to see of I can get a battery direct from China but no luck.

I don't think so? When I bought mine There was No Manual and I asked at the store and they searched in the other boxes and None was there. This was despite that it says on the box that a manual was inside!!!!

We have two bikes I lost one key but found the remaining key fits both batteries. Just have juggle the key a bit to make it work. The batteries are the same for a range of brand bikes. I’m sure any key from any e-bike with same battery will fit. That means you can try any bike shop that sells e bikes that are powered by the same battery and get a key.
