Hi,

I often shift around during the night when sleeping. Is the Koala Calm good for this?

Also, I have sometimes shoulder and hand pain (probably how I sleep on my arm), sometimes tight leg muscles, and low back pain. Would this be a suitable mattress for this?

Last question: does this mattress stay durable? (I'm probably around the 80 kg mark).

I have chronic lower back pain and have had absolutely no pain since getting this mattress. It takes a good week to break in, so you will need to take this into account. Was very, very firm, even on the medium side of the top layer, but it adjusted in about 7 days and has been perfect ever since. My husband is a restless sleeper and don't feel him moving at all. Well worth it!!
