Hi Imran, I'm unsure why you've experienced issues making contact with us as we are certainly still operating. We've just gone through our system and we received and replied to an email from a person named Imran on 14th of September, perhaps this was you and our reply was missed as we can't see any reply from the person in our file. Hi, I am wondering if you routinely check whether or not a prospective franchisee or inspector has a history of being a disqualified builder, either due to breaches to the relevant building act, or through insolvency due to a domestic building insurance claim being made against them by a former homeowner
